Cannot top up my phone since 2 days!!! The phone number 2345 is useless, they say "we have chanced the messages" and instead of telling me the menu, which button to use to top up etc the line is dead. Nothing since 2 f@cking days!!! By a long way the worst website I have to use. For such a large brand this is very poor. All I want to do is look at my bill, Spend a bit more time improving the reliability of your site rather than making it look good to shift product please. No point trying to pour new customers into the top of your bucket when so many are falling out of the bottom.

Useless! Try changing from private to business a/c. Told to switch to PAYG first. That took month. Now on PAYG and 1) V can't get me onto the a/c and 2) can't top up. Go through whole palava on 2345 only to be looped back to the start.

i changed from vodaphone pay as you go to contract 8 weeks ago and was promised phone and sim next day. after 6 phone calls and them taking out two payments i still havnt recieved the phone. twice they promised me the phone within 3 to 5 working days and after not getting it and phoning them again on what said a call costing 26p when i had finished 5 pounds of credit had gone and i was 1.50 in debt. 3 times they said they would phone me back that evening or at the latest next day but hey ho it was me who had to call them again. well ive cancelled my direct debit so lets see how long it takes them to contact me now. USELESS

Update: After contacting customer services and being talked through step by step instructions for over 20 minutes on 2 occasions, I still have no service. I have cancelled my contract and returned my device to the store where I was served by the manager from hell with a stinking attitude who had the nerve to tell me the network was down due to vandalisation which was out of her control! She was rude, dismissive of any concerns I had and argumentative.

I have been trying to top up my Vodafone online for two days. I used chat online and they could not solve the problem so they actually rang me back. The girl tried to top up my phone over the landline but failed. After speaking to a supervisor another girl tried another credit card that I have as they said that the first card would not approve payment. Their attempt to top up using my second credit card also failed. I then tried topping up another family Vodafone using the phone itself and the first credit card. This worked, showing that there was no problem with the credit card. I checked with the card provider and they said no attempt by a merchant (Vodafone) had been made which had been refused. The conclusion is that Vodafone never actually tried to get a payment from my card but blamed my card for the problem. They have a very serious problem.

I haven't been able to use facebook or Hotmail today. Just get a message saying Network Error. I drove into Swindon (10) miles from home and when the girl, who was very helpful tried it worked perfectly so can only presume it is a local fault where I live. Just spoken to vodafone this issue is that they are still using their original platform from the 1980's!!! Has been updated but now constructing a replacement platform, the service is pathetic must be losing loads of business would advise those who are frustrated to switch to another network can take your number with you by requesting PAC code

About six weeks ago I changed my phone from o2 to Vodafone.
For the hole weeks I have been trying to register the bloody thing and look at the freebies on their web site. This is the worst site I have ever seen in my live. When trying to log on I get all different massages. I register, then log on and it tells me account is locked, change pass word. Once done I log on and get a message saying "web site experiencing difficulties try again later" One message =, this the best" Sorry our web site is experiencing difficulties at the moment, but don't worry you can still use our shop" What the pigging hell is going. If they can not run a simple web site ever likely everyone is complaining about the service. I say get someone capable (like someone from England) then it may work. I have always been with o2 for years with no problems either with phone service or web service (That English man must work for them) I am now going back. How you people put up with Vodafone I will never know, you just can not be English.

Been trying to access my voda account in the UK for days now, keeps saying account locked, Ive tried resetting my pass word but keeps saying the same thing, dam annoying.

have tried several times to access My Vodafone and get a different error message each time - problems their end, updating site etc etc etc
am getting all sorts of messages that they are 1) having problems 'at their end' or 2) currently updating the site. Not very good!

It is a month that I try to access my personal information on the Vodafone website (Log in). it always says that the site is experiencing some issues... so I am not able to check my credit and my freebees... It is really annoying!

can get to website and into account but then keep getting "there seems to be an error"...

Myself and my Partner are with Talk Talk Mobile which used Vodafone UK and since 4pm on 31st January up to present time and day 00.30am 1st February 2013 the network is still not working. We have spoken to other Vodafone users and we all are experiencing serious outrages because of the network been down where are those technicians what is the problem. Vodafone is going down the pan reports have been coming in Not a good network in my experience

I am on the Blackberry Vodafone and for the last full 2 days I have not been able to use my handset. I went on Live chat all morning online with Vodafone tech department to please try and sort this out as my device keeps saying not connected to network server. I drove down to the nearest store Westfield Startford to sort this out from 12noon to like 3pm, still the same issue... so tired and I suspect there's a problem with their server, when you call their customer services department, you get put through to a Rajesh, Akhii, Aniket or Paraj all in India,, Haaaaaa

Hello, Vodafone personal account site seems to be down along with device registration and the "Contact Us" pages i.e. we can't contact you, because the contact details are inaccessible. Attempts to login either take ages then fail (yesterday), lead to a wall of code (yesterday). Today they cause a loop back to main page...

I've been trying for days to log on to my account at Vodafone website, get the error, There seems to be a problem, spoken online to customer services, who say website is under maintenance, try to log in again in 24-48 hours, NOT HELPFUL, Vodafone need to get their act together!!!
