The "My Account" login seems to be down, tried several accounts, all giving some message like "sorry we cannot process your request" or "that's no a valid number". The *86 touch tone service is working but about 20sec lag time after responses, extremely slow. I managed a Top-Up I think over the web but then it said "Slow down there partner".

I'm writing this message from my iPad.. I have not had phone service since 10/1/15. I still don't have service a week later, first VM tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my phone.
Then they told me that there was a problem with the towers in my area. This is crazy, I can only receive text..and emails.. But can't return them and my phone can't make or receive calls. What the heck is going on? This problem seems to be all over the US and not just in my area. My sister and her family has VM and she isn't having this problem. This sucks in Philadelphia, PA.

All day yesterday and most of today, my virginmobile phone has been useless. I am a longtime virginmobile customer. My bills are paid. My phone is new, well-cared for and undamaged. I guess it's too much to ask a company to be honest with it's customers about issues they are having with their service. I have had issues activating a new phone for 3 days now. I have spent 2 hours on the phone with Virgin Mobile talking to 4 different service/tech support individuals. The new phone has been activated, but it will not connect to the network. I was finally told by the last person I spoke with that a tower was down, and I would have to wait until that tower came back up. Then my phone would connect to the network and sync with it and I would be good to go. I attempted to use the new phone when I was within 100 yards of a cell tower and the network was still down! It is ridiculous and I am totally fed up!!!

I am trying top top up 2 phones and add air time minutes to both phones however 1) you took all my airtime minutes away and 2) when I go to top up with my credit card I can not submit the amount to top up because you have a refer a friend advertisement where the submit icon should be and of course there is no one in the office I can reach to talk to this is the 4th month I have had a problem with your service when it is time to top up!!! VM down since 3pm 9/19/2013 in 46550 (Indiana). Drops all calls and Spikes in data where it works and I have full 3g for about 2 seconds and then drops to no service again.

Line drops to *86 and no texts are being received.

The index page is active but ALL the links are bringing up a page about site maintenance! My daughter's phone service was turned off at 8pm after receiving a text saying her minutes were ALMOST used up. So, even though the bill wasn't due until the 22nd, I upgraded her plan and started the upgrade immediately, but right after my card was charged the site went down without restoring the phone service. But I did save a screen shot of the page that refreshed after payment was made showing that the next payment wouldn't be until January 2014!!!

I am getting 0 to 3 bars of reception for past several hours, only sporadically getting any bars. This is my primary contact phone so it is very frustrating and not acceptable to me! Anyone else in the Lancaster County PA region getting this?

In Atlanta, GA every week or so service goes down for several days, this is getting really irritating. I hardly even use the phone and overpay for this service as is, it really isn't worth the money.

I cannot get a signal on my phone since 6:00 this morning. Signal bar just keeps flashing in and out. Took phone to different location, still no service. Not able to contact virgin's cust srv by phone, and website says url is down. what is going on? 2nd time in a month that service has been out.

since last night I have had issues connecting to anything as soon as I get close to my home. I get the no service response. I have checked the coverage map to see if there are changes to my area, if anything it improved since Sprint took over.

Unable to swap phones on the website as it keeps giving me an error message and when I called the customer service number repeatedly I got a "your account cannot be validated" and hang-up so I can't even talk to someone. This is definitely making me rethink using Virgin Mobile
