I cannot Access vendor central with my standard password. the login page pushes me to a different login page, and then a third where i get pushed into a non stop cyclical abyss of non-functioning log in pages. Major problem is that I've requested their help and they have yet to respond, and have now charged me for not sending ASN's that I can't sign in to send. BROKE.

I shipped 4 packages on November 13. Firstly, I wasn't able to use the Create a Routing Request. I moved on to the ASN. It worked fine. Out of 4 orders, I was able to create an invoice for one. I tried again today -- when I log in an invoice number it keeps telling me the invoice number is in use. Go back to Invoice Management application home page to resume the invoice creation and process for the entered invoice number. I KEPT doing that and still got the same message. When I tried to call up the PO by the tracking number, I was told there was no ASN, however, when I viewed recent ASNs, all the POs were there. I received two orders today -- I can confirm them but can go no further. I am totally frustrated since I have tried everything I know to try. I was down to: Maybe my browser is not current. I'm using Windows 7 - Internet Explorer 11. The next move would be to Windows 8 to go any higher. The biggest problem: You cannot talk to a representative. Generally you can go to the Contact on the page on which you are having problems. The web site does not display properly thus there is no Contact on any page. I will follow through on your "browser related problems" and see if that is the problem.

I'm trying to access Vendor Central Amazon. The web site does not display properly. I can't finish "Create a Routing Request" -- "Create an Invoice" -- and there are other problems. The biggest one: How do you talk to a person at Amazon!
