It's down for me from Minneapolis, but if I remote in to my work connection through Colorado, it works fine. They must be having some DNS propagation issues or something causing it not to work in certain areas right now..

I am so frustrated with the "New US Bank Website"! You can only log-on but not able to do anything else!!!! It has worked on occasion but is in malfunction mode for the majority of the time. I am used to being able to just log on and do everything I needed to do in a timely manner but now it does not seem that I even have online banking services. It is important for customers to have internet access as it is the only way to do business these days. Please either go back to giving the customer the option to go to old website or get this problem fixed!

I had an US Bank credit card some years ago and your customer sucked so bad that I canceled it and received a call from someone (I think Your CEO) after I had posted on line how bad your customer service was who told me all of the problems had been corrected. THEY ARE NOT. I have been trying to pay off my credit car for about 5 days now. I have tried online which I cannot reach and by phone which I was told went through but IT HAS NOT. Do you have anyone working for your company that has more than a 3rd grade education. None of them seem even to know the website is f***ed up and when I was transferred to the website rep she told me she knew nothing about the internet. Boy you sure do have "customer service"

Littleton Colorado - can't access Bill Pay to view or pay. Says not eligible. Tried to get help by calling in and their banker cannot access either. Banker said to try calling again every hour or so.

I cannot log in thru firefox. I was able to yesterday morning. I can log in through chrome & IE. but not fox. I am leary of logging in thru the work around that has a 4 after all the WWW. How do I know this is really usbank site & not one that makes it look like us bank & then they would have my password. as long as I can use chrome or IE I guess I am good. but I like firefox & it is my default one.

Usbank works in other browsers but, not firefox which is my default browser and has worked in the past. Tried setting proxy settings to no proxy and that did not work, how do I fix this.

I was finally able to get in using firefox using this link:

then clicking on the red internet banking button. I am in MO and the site has been down all day for my computer no matter which browser I was using. I still can not get in using explorer or chrome.

Can get in via IE but can't do anything once I log in so never am able to use it. Same situation today when I logged in and tried to use it. I always use Mozilla Firefox as it is the only way I can view and do all the transactions that I need to. Today--Mozilla Firefox is just spinning--can't get to the website at all.

I haven't been able to access my account at USBANK.COM since last Friday! Tried unplugging my server & router to reset after speaking to local branch that showed your site to be up/running. STILL cannot access. Had to go into town to use another computer. Is my account in jepordy? I know you were hacked into once before. This makes me VERY nervous. I ALWAYS log out securely. We use Wild Blue satelite internet services. Are the others having issues with this server? I'm in Missouri. Website states that "Internet Explorer is unable to display the web page at this time". Communication check shows connected w/o problems. The weather has been clear & beautiful here too.

Traceroute has it timing out at 64.208.110.214, somewhere in Colorado. So it's probably a router that's down, not the actually US Bank servers.

I can't access it either. I am in the UK, so that might be a factor in why others can still access it yet I can't, but I normally don't have any problems getting to my accounts.
