Can't Access Torrentz - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Try alternative urls such as,,,

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

internet providers have been made to block a few torrent sites due to copyright!! however you can just use a proxy to get access to the site so its a waste of tax payer money to try and prevent it they cant police the internet!!!

use this site will get you access to

If you're trying to bypass internet censorship in your country then use a proxy that is hosted from outside of your country, That will enable you to connect to the sites you want, anonymously.

I am from India. is working once in a while. I check randomly whenever I get time. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Now I read the comment here, maybe the government has banned it, but after all it is our government, there is nothing they can do perfectly, so once in a while when I check, the site is accessible. Depends on our luck!!!

Edit: And one more update I need to mention here. Those who want to use can make use of proxy sites. I checked. It works if you use a proxy site!!!

Vocare De Regnum · 22 March 2012 - 09:28

"Listen to me everyone" yes it is true that is banned in India by the government himself to prevent piracy. I had plan to fight with the system. So sit back and enjoy!!
