down during market open after brexit. incredible. one of my trades sold way below market, one market-rate order never filled, still stuck in limbo now, nearly 2 hours later. one trade that actually worked the way it should have. TD - IT WAS PREDICTABLE THAT YOU WOULD HAVE A SURGE IN USAGE. NOT PREPARING FOR THAT IS A FAILURE IN HOW YOU DO YOUR JOB. Time to move.

TD Direct website has now been down for nearly 3 hours on a day when markets are extremely volatile following UK EU vote. This happens on a frequent basis because the website is run on a shoe string budget. Spent over an hour trying to get through by phone & sent 4 emails but no response.
Enough is enough! We average around £175 a week in broker fees & receive an extremely poor service. Have been thinking of moving to another broker for a while but this is the last straw. Have completed transfer forms for Hargreaves & L. Would rather pay a monthly admin fee & receive a decent service than put up with this shower!

Just called help line, it's still down 10:27PM in Toronto.
It's on going problem for TD every month !!! how dare they charged $10/ transaction for this garbage services. Quote for mobile app was down since last Wednesday and they could not fix it either.

It has been down since before the market closed. Easy Web is back up but not TD Waterhouse. I think I may move my large account to a bank that can actually keep its site up. Now 10:20 PM. When I try is says try later... when might that be....

Have had many issues over the past week. The value of my portfolio fluctuates constantly, incorrectly as many stock holdings show up as zero. Each time I refresh the total jumps around from 100% accurate to missing 75% of the value. It's total confidence in their platform!

Frequent outages and long waits for phone pickup make me think of changing brokers. Unacceptable when other financial institutions I deal with seldom have the problems TDW throws up regularly.

The Easyweb platform works, but the Webbroker platform won't come up. A screen asking you to upgrade your browser is the default page, but there's no way to go elsewhere. Frustrating as hell.
