T-Mobile UK 3G phone network is down in postcodes HA2, TW4, SL1, WC1B etc. Tested today with 2x T-Mobile provisioned spare network unlocked, un-rooted and stock smartphones (Nexus 4 & SGS2) whilst testing on my everyday phone, Nexus 5.

Following T-Moile Tech support diagnostics, advice and having paid £10 for a replacement SIM today, the intermittent network connection (data and voice) is a HUGE disappointment to my work/personal life.

Can I please remind you T-Mobile, this issue is NOT a device or SIM related issue but it's a fault with your 3G/4G towers.

If my PAYG Dialog 4G ro0aming SIM works flawlessly in the UK, why can't T-mobile or EE (should be EN - Everything Nowehere) sort this out? Why should I pay you £40 / month for a service that doesn't work? EE/T-Mobile, you are blackmailing me with your poor excuses. Enough is enough!

just wondering if any one can help me with this.. im on tmobile and my browser wont load, neither will google playstore, my emails are a bit hit and miss depening if i use outlook app or the built in gmail one ...but ...all other apps on my phone work, like facebook, games, bank, shopping apps, they all work. but as soon as i go on to chrome or firefox browser, it does not work, also i can tether my phone to pc an use google that way ?

i have tried a 3 sim card in my phone (only one available to try at moment) and brosers both work fins, as does google play, but as soon as i put my tmobile sim back in, they dont... tmobile are saying i need to factory reset my phone, but i know some one else who is having internet issues on tmobile ?! does any one have any ideas as im not getting anywhere with tmobile and my phone is only 6 months old, but again i can not see the problem being with my phone or sim card if it is happening to some one else, or if another network works on my phone ? im very confused???

I am having exactly the same problem as has already been reported, can't get past the log in page, it is blocked for 'security cert.errors'! There is no excuse for this long delay in sorting out the problem, I need to be able to access my billing info.when my contract ends later this year, will deffo move my business elsewhere!

I have been trying for days to log on to my account. Keep getting the message There is a problem with this site's security certificate. We recommend that you close this web page. I spoke to someone via my mobile and told them what the message keeps coming up and they informed me that site has been down for over 10 days.

My-TMobile has been 'down' for several days and they are unable to give an uptime. Customers are unable to manage their accounts or review their bills and phone usage. This is unacceptably poor performance for a corporate. !!! If you cant trust them to run their IT why should you trust them with a communications network.

EE is crap. I upgraded to them only to go back to TMobile in a week. I had no signal form most of the time with EE and apparently I consumed 2GB of data in 5 days while before with Tmobile maximum in a month was 400MB, now back with T-monbile I have full bars. EE is crap and they should go bankrupt. Not to mention their website is always down.

T Mobile network provider has been getting worse over the last two weeks. I am often trouble shooting the network . Seriously thinking of switching, service is really very bad and slowing my work progress as I work from home. It is down every 7 minutes, then I have to wait for the signal on modem to come back on. I now watch the lights on the box in order to go ahead with my work. Very frustrating and getting on my nerves. Just sick of it now.

spoke with t mobile at 8.30 this morning they said problem would be rectified within 6 hours then got a text message from them at 8.39 saying it would be sorted soon !! Its almost 14 hours later and still not fixed an update would be good.

Hi there is no signal at the moment so can't send or receive messages, calls, etc. It would make a difference if it were possible to find out what is happening. Google does it's best but tmobile should be more proactive if there is a problem.
