Well, something technical went wrong on our site.
We might have removed the page when we redesigned our website.
Or the link you clicked might be old and does not work anymore.

I can sign in to the website, but the app won't stay open on my iPhone 6Plus (latest app version). I tried reloading from the website, it lets me log in with no issues. When reloading I get the "oops, something went wrong on our end" error messgae. I checked my bank account and so far, Starbucks has taken $30 (3 tries at $10 each) from my bank but not loaded it onto the card. Anyone else having this issue?

Can't access Member account info via Chrome or Firefox. Even tried Facebook and nothing but a blue square with a sad face in the middle...Several hours, now. I have notified starbuck's of the problems and keep getting a form letter to "check again in a few days." or "your bank might not be authorizing the card. Couldn't log in to transer card balance on my phone at register. So left and tried transfering on my computer, with a "server error" page. Likely Starbucks new "upgrade" yesterday crashed the system or something since others have reported problems.

Same issues others have reported. Starbucks customer service acknowledges their systems upgrade and new rewards program have caused major issues with account access, mobile app access, transaction history, etc. I tried calling, they forced a password reset, but I still couldn't access. They said to try later and gave me a $10.00 credit for my patience.

I'm having a similar problem. Was sent a message telliing to clear my cookie cache, et al. Did all this--still did not function properly.
Bottom line is that I can't access my account to reload a card, and the customer service reps have not definitive clue as to why or how to resolve the issue other than simply wait and see if it works later.

Maybe StarBucks needs to take some of the high cost for their coffee and invest in better Website design and better App design as well.

Every day for weeks now their Website and Apps don't work, What's the purpose for reloadable cards if you can reload at home before heading out to Starbukcs? I don't like to use credit at register to reload my card and it seems this is what Starbucks is on purpose pushing people to do.

I can't seem to access the Starbucks website :-(
Is anyone else having difficulty? I'm using a hardwired Mac desktop, (OSX Yosemite 10.10.5) and I am having the same issue in Chrome & Safari. Screen shows "Something went wrong on our end" and the error number provided is: 5509845903193932355-14668599594792870.

Last 5 days I can't sign in keeps bringing up a page that says server error. Says error is on / Starbucks side. I called Starbucks customer service last night and gave them the ID number at bottom of error page. The guy was very nice. Took some additional info from me and told me that Starbucks will contact me Monday regarding this issue. He tried several different things on his end. Hope they can get this issue fixed soon.

dec 13 multiple attempts made to purchase. keep getting message that "card was rejected". Attempted with more than one credit card and get same message. Called credit card company who said that approval was given for amount of transaction and card has no restriction. Starbucks website will not process the sale. did same thing when I tried to get the $25 off bonus on 11/30. Their website sucks and seems incapable of managing traffic. And, no live chat or phone assistance available on weekend. REALLY STARBUCKS?!! Aren't you a big multinational company? And yet you don't provide 24/7 web assistance and are incapable of handling promotion volume?
