Cannot access the main, nor backstage. However, my site is up. This is the second major outage I've had since I switched to them from Hostgator. I think I only had one major outage with them in several years. I think I'm switching back as soon as they are up and running.

I've emailed their customer service and got back an automated response, BTW. No news but at least it's a start. If they email with anything about maintenance or problems I'll add this.

OK, just got this: We had some DNS issues but my colleagues already resolved them. Then a links was added that wasn't live. They said to email if my site was still down; I have.

They have a bad habit of doing maintenance on Sunday without sending emails. I think they assume no one's working or noticing much on this day. My hope is it will come back soon, but they'd do better if they sent notices about this...
