What the hell?! Fly Friday morning .. have been trying for 24 hours to check-in online for 2 people. Booked and paid for selected seats but now can't seem to check in online. Gets to the select seats bit and says 'already seated' then the continue button doesn't work so I can't get as far as the boarding pass stage. Call centre virtually impossible to get through to, live chat not much better and absolutely useless when you do - clearly disinterested and have no answers, you just go round in a big frustrating circle then get cut off and have to start again. If anyone else has had this problem, or even better found how to resolve it would be interested to hear

I have been trying to change a return flight booking for two days now - but it keeps asking to try again as an error has occurred. Live web chat isn't available, I managed to make a request through the contact form yesterday but have not heard back and now the contact forms aren't working. I've rung the local reservation many times today and yesterday and mostly been told that they're too busy to take calls so I should live web chat instead or the contact forms - neither of which are working! On the two occasions that I have got through, they've referred me back to the website, once having created a separate booking number so I can just change one of the four flights in our booking (which woid have ben helpful had the website subsequently worked) and once to say that shood be using Chrome as opposed to Safari, which has turned out to make no difference whatsoever. I need to make this flight change and am worried that the new flight will sell out and/or the tickets which I can afford will go. I'm not at all happy about this...

I was on the chat line to amend a mistake in my booking and despite starting out as number 26 in the queue with 13 minutes to wait, I ended up nearly an hour later as number 11 with 6 minutes to wait when the screen reverted to "agents not available" and I was left high and dry! We tried to check in but could not get the system to work properly. When we eventually got through on the web chat line, we were told that it would only work with the latest version of Chrome. Our PC is 10 years old and works perfectly well, but it was confirmed that we would not be able to check in using our PC ever again! Flight cancelled on Saturday from Limoges to EMA. Rebooked on tomorrows flight but can't check in online, been trying for 2 hours, what a performance!!! Disgraceful. confirmed payment and could view boarding passes! For the past few days I have been looking at fares from London to Limoges. When I first went in it said they only fly from London Gatwick, looked on app and thankfully they have flights. Ryanair's website would not process my payment saying there is a problem with my card. When I tried again, it said "Dublicate booking has been detected". I have not received an email with a booking confirmation. Their chat room is closed. Also the link to Contact Us brings "We're sorry! We can't find the page you are looking for." If Ryanair maintain their planes the same way they maintain their website, then Ryanair maybe an accident waiting to happen

been trying for 4 days to book a flight, as soon as I choose the return flight it goes back to the sale page advertising cheap flights. Tries about 30 times now.
