Trying to login to their website since last night. They do not recognise my password but managed to book flights regardless. Have been trying to get my password changed, I get the message that it will take a few minutes to send a temporary password, and nothing. Emailed them last night to inform of problem, I have an email back with a "Link", and all I get is 'Ooops! Page unavailable etc etc. I have had flight confirmation email, tho no payment has been taken from my bank account as yet.

Have tried to go onto Ryanair site to look for flights for Malaga, after I have entered departure airport then to Malaga date and return there is no continue button to let you view prices or do anything. I hate this new site which has only just appeared on our screens in the last week or so. Now I am worried that a flight I have booked for end of May will be impossible to enter so I can check in online. Ryanair sort this out NOW, it is obviously a problem lots of people are having. I use you at least 5 times a year but as I cannot get through on your site I am booking my flight with another airline.

tried to check in several times on laptop, when i pressed check in now my screen went dark and froze, nothing happened. tried checking in on my galaxy tab, same thing happened. was going to give up and phone ryanair. laptop browser i used was firefox.galaxy was built in browser. thought i would try internet explorer on laptop.worked perfectly!!! checked in no problem. ryanair will have to get it, s act together and get it sorted for other browsers

Hi everybody, just found a workaround to my issue. I'll skip the long story:
Try to check in or modify your reservation with a different computer than the one you used to make the reservation.
For me it worked a treat.

When you are trying to book online it does not allow you to finilize it, it shows constantly that you made some misspelling and than it times out. Price for the ticket increases on the secong attempt but this time everything is absolutely fine and you can book it. If they do this even to 20 % customers their gain is enormous. This is normal fraud

They intentionally shut their site down randomly to prevent people from from checking in online and printing boarding pass, to force you to do it at airport or on phone for a fee. I'm convinced of this.

I hate this new site. The old site worked very well for me - and I don't know why it has been changed - but I don't seem to be able to get anything to work (properly) on the new website. I have now spent almost 5 times longer than I would normally do - trying to book a flight - and I still haven't managed it. I'm now so frustrated - I'm just going to have a look at easyjet instead. I used to love the ryan air site - so easy to use (& I generally found it very reliable). Please can you get the new site fixed - I have no confidence in using it.

Same story I had yesterday and today, every time it stops after entering payment information. I used different notebooks (at home, at the office), browsers (FF / IE) and credit cards. No success. Thought, I was on a special "not welcome list" or someone having fun now with my credit card information.

Hi guys.. if you have trouble getting your boarding passes on your computer, if you have a kindle, or laptop, put in the information uses these, and then go online and go to reprint and you should get your boarding pass.. on my computer could not get the scroll down numbers or countries to work, but I called a friend to put my/our information in using a kindle or a laptop. I downloaded the passes on my computer... use REPRINT.

Cannot book my ticket, the website is stuck on a loop in extra services. I decline all airport transport, extra luggage case and other offers, click continue. Then i appear on a car rent offer page where I either have "edit" or "continue" buttons available. I assume continue stands for ignoring car hire offer and moving on. however, the continue button redirects me back to the site with airport transfer, buying a cabin bag and other offers. what is up?

I have not been able to access Ryanair since yesterday. I tried with chrome and internet explorer, and with android from my phone. Nothing. After taking forever it says that the site is not available. I am in Scotland. I asked a friend to try in England and she had the same problem, but for her it stopped after ah hour or so. I just fixed my Ryanair booking problems by using an Explorer window and not my Google search or Chrome window. This worked perfectly first go, no time outs or problems at the security code page. Ryanair, wake up, it shouldnt take hours to figure out how to book a flight.
