We have tried pinging Photobucket website using our server and the website returned the above results. If photobucket.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...
If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:
Browser Related Problems
- Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)
- Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems
A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.
- Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

- If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Can't log into Photobucket using Safari, Explorer, or Firefox. Actually, Firefox crashes when trying to access Photobucket. I enter my login and password and they tell me it's incorrect (which I know for a fact that's not the case), I then try resetting the password and then I get a message stating "password reset is not currently available". I do a standard search for images in one of my albums and search results brings back nothing. I do a open search by my username and results bring back nothing. I filed a ticket but have not heard back. |

I too have been a long time pro user for over 8 years and demand a statement from Photobucket as to what is going on with unknown upload errors. They are trying to hide, and have removed all avenues to contact them. I am a photobucket PRO paying customer for the last 8 years! This really STINKS & is quite rediculous. I know sites need time when they are down, of course... It's been literally days for me!!! I'm glad I'm not a paying customer. They could at least have an error message on the homepage, since they obviously took the time to make an error page, period. :/ Oh well. I'll wait and see what happens I guess. |

Trying to get to my album on Photobucket (paid account customer)... comes up with "site doing temporary maintenance" and this has been all morning... I think with Photobucket as big as it is they could have the decency and put a message out how long they think the site will be down for and not just leave thousands of people of guessing! as there was problems all day yesterday too... |

Photobucket support itself is saying they're working to fix it - so this site saying it's working is nonsense. Some photos are showing in my albums, some are not. |

Can't access main album no matter where I access it from (directly via URL, clicking onto it from photobucket homepage, googling my main album), sub albums load fine, most photos are broken. |
