Photobucket.com website not working? Is it down right now?

They don't let me see my albums anymore!

Iy keeps telling me that my upload failed because the files are too big, BUT these are taken with exactly the same camera as always... I have tried many pictures but it says the same thing.

wont let me upload any pics or look at any pages in an album. Deleted my account and now I cant even register a new account. What's up?

So everytime i upload a photo, It uploads then ill edited it and it wont show the texts i put.

Last week, worked fine, this week, it doesn't recognise my user name or password, or my email and won't therefore allow me to even try and reset the password i already know is absolutely right. I've been a "pro" user for years and then this crap happens. Not happy at all

I don't like the new photobucket, the view counter stays the same. I write down every view I get on my photos/videos and it stays the same each time. I also don't like the background... on my original profile page before they switched over, without giving us a choice between the classic pb and new pb, I don't see my customize background anymore they took it away, I am not happy with photobucket!

Can't upload nor can I go to 2nd, 3rd, etc pages of my library, nor can I enter a support ticket I've created... Damn

For some reason, nothing I try and upload is going up. I keep getting the 'Hmm...' message and being told to try again and it's still not cooperating. I'm getting really sick of the problems in beta.

i can use photobucket on opera, occasionally there is an error with saving a picture i have edited though.

As of 3 days ago I get on photobucket then is freezes up and crashes...so i un install chrome then use firefox that does not work... now im back to IE still does same thing

Nope down here to although it says accessable (above) dont believe it its not true firwst they wipe all my photos when moving to the new site and now you can't hook up with the website even if you have put your photos back again, this is shit.

If it isn't broken don't fix it, yet they do and most times break it yet again

Can't log into Photobucket using Safari, Explorer, or Firefox. Actually, Firefox crashes when trying to access Photobucket. I enter my login and password and they tell me it's incorrect (which I know for a fact that's not the case), I then try resetting the password and then I get a message stating "password reset is not currently available". I do a standard search for images in one of my albums and search results brings back nothing. I do a open search by my username and results bring back nothing. I filed a ticket but have not heard back.

Can't login in either explorer or firefox. After a few attempts I get a message that my account is under maintenance. I've sent a ticket into photobucket but not heard back.

have not been able to log in since last nite.. getting this "Bad Request. Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit." anybody from photobucket going to step up and say what the problem is, or how long its going to be?

What you just forced on me (and even before your 13 days left warning) you still DID IT.. It has messed up my eBay.. I can't re-arrange my photos, and your option to move them, is to another album. Photobucket is a load of old junk! The problem with it is that the operators of the site don't give a flying f**k if it works or not. They are now charging a fee for larger storage and therefore don't care one iota for free customers.
Photobucket is dead. Use Fotki, Imageshack or Kodak's photo storage. Photobucket is dead.

I can't pin my photos from photobucket to pinterest. When I pin a photo, the pop-box shows up, I choose my category and give it a description. It tries to load the new pin and then it refreshes to a new pop-up window with a blank image and a new category chosen.

I am having trouble with settings, ie when i try to set newest first it will not save, thus it puts all my photos at the end of my album. this is causing me to scroll all the way through to find my photos. Can you help please.

i upgraded my photobucket account. but it keeps loading a white page. i cant touch anything of my photos or do anything. it keeps loading non stop. if i cant get in there im gonna loose allll my photos because photobucket is the ONLY website i use to save my pictures.

Photo bucket won't let me switch back to the original. I don't like it at all because you can't seem to search for people or anything, why is that?

according to their twitter account that i received a reply from, some of their servers are down and the engineers are working on them..

I'm able to log in & upload, but the upload times seem to be increased, Like something that would normally take two or 3 mins to upload, maybe take 10-15 mins, Really frustrating, plus getting to the bulk upload screen takes forever to load.

Once and eventually the Photobucket appears it then appears to be being taken over and hijacked by other sites, one of which is 'Amazonanews'

Working now for me both in IE and FF. Very wrong that I had to change my browser to get it to work. I shall still use IE as my default browser and keep FF loaded as a back up.

I'm having the same problem as well. Even if you aren't a member you can't search for anything... and nothing is clickable.

have not been able to access my account since the recent changes, lots of "console is undefined" errors with various numbers, and nothing works, cannot see my photos etc. cannot even click on help. nor can I close my account. disgraceful.

I saw a suggestion on another board to change my browser - so swapped from IE to Chrome and magically everything was back working again and I have used Photobucket today. Using Internet Explorer (my default browser) I've been having the same problems as everyone else and can't do anything?

It has been down for a couple of days now, I cannot access my photos. I should get a credit for the days I cannot access Photobucket.

Photobucket not working for me! Can't access my photos, all seem to have "disappeared" from yesterday, 17 November and today 18 November. Nothing shows on Library - seems to have "lost" all my photos, I then click on "Home" and there are blank photos shown, which cannot be accessed! Site has been usless for two days now, none of the buttons work, nothing works.

I can't access my library or browse to upload any pics. Only a few features are working and I'm a daily blogger. Haven't been able to upload anything since yesterday. I also pay for the premium package with them! Can't stand the new site either. Have to click every picture to get my link to copy and paste into my blog. Used to just be able to hover over the picture and get all four link options.

All my hosted images on e bay are broken and Photobucket library is showing all broken file images.

I only have thumbnails and some of those are missing. I cannot enlarge, I cannot download, I cannot use the slideshow. I cannot move them. All I have is thumbnails, I have made 4 request so far and nothing has been done. So are my photos gone or what. I am pissed the hell off

I can access Photobucket just fine, but it won´t upload any photos. It doesn´t even give me an error message, simply reloads the page when I click upload, but nothing at all happens.

Photobucket is having issues. I'll sign on; but, it'll bring up "guest" logon and viewing of album without signing me into my account. What is up with that?!?

This site is saying that photobucket is up and running right now, but no matter how I try to get to it, I still can not get in. Is anybody else having issues today? I may have to switch to Flicker so I can have something more reliable, plus I guess Flicker does not compress photos and video badly like photobucket seems to be doing lately.

I'm having the same issue. All photos since last night get random additional characters added to the end of the file name exactly as you have described. I have 2 open req's (128447 & 129308). Photobucket Customer Support has not responded to either.

login.photobucket.com is reporting "The server at login.photobucket.com is taking too long to respond."

PB won't let me log in, it's saying the server is taking too long to respond but no other website it doing it.

@ Jane Panhose - at the bottom on the Photobucket homepage there's SUPPORT heading - and 'help' is listed underneath that. Photobucket put all their info re downtime and problems in that section.

It seems to be down for 2 Garden Web members. Dean Beattie just where exactly did you see that message posted?

Although it won't actually 'help' anyone - Photobucket DO 'usually' post comments in the help section of their site when things go wrong. For instance, the annoying upload error situation has been addressed with this message:

Yep- same thing: "unknown error" with that darned red box with the "X" in it. All I've got to upload is one 45px wide by 700 gif- that's it, and I'd be done... and... I can't. I even tried to cheat it by attempting to crop an identical image already on the server to make it smaller, and same error.

Why is Photobucket always kicking the bucket whenever I need it the most? Every time I've spent days on a project and did an all-nighter to finish it, I get stuck with your server not functioning!

I too have been a long time pro user for over 8 years and demand a statement from Photobucket as to what is going on with unknown upload errors. They are trying to hide, and have removed all avenues to contact them. This is very very unprofessional and Photobucket should be held accountable for the millions of dollars in lost revenue from paying customers not being able to access or upload images. Come on Photobucket, come on Mr Munro... do your job and let us upload.

I have been trying to upload sporadically for 12 hours now, I am in awe the PRO members are affected by this. This should not happen!

I'm so frustrated. I've been trying to upload photos for over an hour. I can't even edit the ones that are already there. Same message every time "unknown error".

any idea why? i've cleared my cookies and cache, downloaded up-to-date java and flash, followed all the instructions as given on many websites that had similar issues and were able to solve, but i still can't get mine to work!

Glad to see I'm not the only one with problems! One of my friend's suggested that many only Pro accounts are having the "site maintenance" problems. So... anyone with the same problem as I have (being unable to access albums/log in/site maintenance error), do you have a regular account or pro account?

I am a photobucket PRO paying customer for the last 8 years! This really STINKS & is quite rediculous. I know sites need time when they are down, of course... It's been literally days for me!!! I've lost business time & money just waiting & searching for anwers, keep checking back & new messages with different errors & problems. A NIGHTMARE for them too, I'm sure. There is a PROFESSIONAL WAY to handle such things & they have FAILED in this department!!! Many of us have online business's & count on photobucket to be able to do our daily functions & work. I think we should get some kind of credit since we cannot even do anything to post, list or communicate with the photobucket people. There is NO PHONE NUMBER, NO MESSAGE STATING anything is even wrong. THEY OWE this to their good long time paying customers, 8 years... At least give us a personal e-mail or MESSAGE with time & info on the problem... A number to call would be MUCH MORE professional, even if it's closed with a message for all of us saying exactly what we need & deserve to hear.

I've been getting a Site Maintenance error for two days straight now.

It's letting me upload pictures - but then it won't let me into the album afterwards to copy the image URL. This is the message on the help section of the site:

I'm getting the account maintenance error as well, been the same all afternoon

Trying to get to my album on Photobucket (paid account customer)... comes up with "site doing temporary maintenance" and this has been all morning... I think with Photobucket as big as it is they could have the decency and put a message out how long they think the site will be down for and not just leave thousands of people of guessing! as there was problems all day yesterday too...

Photobucket support itself is saying they're working to fix it - so this site saying it's working is nonsense. Some photos are showing in my albums, some are not.

i can login but when going to albums i get this error: 503 or some bs, can't access stuff on my iphone app either

Can't access main album no matter where I access it from (directly via URL, clicking onto it from photobucket homepage, googling my main album), sub albums load fine, most photos are broken.
