I cannot load the login page and it is not generating a specific error code. This "isitdownrightnow.com" site insists that the site is down for just me. That could be the case, however, I am able to pull up any other site I would want or need without issue.

For those who are scared about not making deadlines. When the school site is down is about the ONLY time they will take computer issues as an excuse to not turn in your assignmnets or DQ's. There is nothing you can do but wait. In my years at UoP, this is the first time that I have ever seen the site down for this long.

I recommend everyone fight for the ability to make up this lost time. Yes they say technical difficulties is not an excuse, but that means on our end. What about on their end? We cannot see a syllabus, we cannot read ebooks, we cannot access the library, nor can we post. It is not up to them to decide what days we complete our work. That is our reason for choosing an online university.

Spoke with a Rep, told them my frustration.. Bascially no answer was given other than it's being worked on...we apoligize.. I work in IT at a College and I would of been fired for it being down more than a few hours.. FRUSTRATING! It has been down all day, have tried accessing every 30 minutes since 0500 eastern! Last night it was sporadic but I was able to connect at midnight eastern. I do not wait until the last minute for anything but with team assignments you have to give everyone until Sunday to add their input. When I called tech support this morning they said "no workaround and no estimate of when it would be resolved". I am in IT and can't imagine how more tahn 12 hours downtime is acceptable!

Part of the reason a lot of us are taking online classes has to do with scheduling and not being able to take them any other way. I can only do my work on the weekend. This system has been messed up for two days and that should be enough for them to make some sort of adjustments. Still haven't been able to start my final. GRRRRR

But it comes down to doing discussion posts and things of those nature - So there are things that are just not going to be done because of this. Yes, do it earlier but it also comes down to not knowing the requirements of a paper that was started but not all requirements met. It's actually been down since Saturday for quite a few people, it was just intermittent issues yesterday(Saturday) and has been a constant issue for all as of around 4am EST. I really hope the university actually reaches out to both students and faculty about this, as there is some work that couldn't be done earlier in the week(since their response is always "well you should have done it earlier) and HAD to be done yesterday or today. There is absolutely no reason for the site to be down this long, in such a widespread fashion, with the kind of IT team they have(or claim to have). It's too bad the university won't suffer because of this, but faculty and students will, witht he students taking the brunt of the hit.

This is crazy! DOWN ALL DAY! IT said they know it is down and they are working on it and do not know when it will come up. They said reach out to your instructor when it comes up?

Ugh! I've been trying all day with no luck.. down in CO. I've been at UOP for over a year, I don't recall it ever being down for this long before? I hope they fix it soon!

Ughhhhh.......I was on the ecampus all night up until 3am est but haven't been able to log back on all day here in Atlanta Ga, and that's in no browser!
