Can't Access Orange UK - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

every couple of weeks i have trouble accessing my emails i log on then nothing happens . last time it was nearly 3 weeks so far this time its been 4 days . Im reluctant to ring them as you end up on phone 30 mins with someone just giving you a list of preset ansswers and then at end say the problem is with network and will be back to normal soon . Is there a better more reliable email provider

Frank Savage · 3 April 2016 - 20:49
· · Internet Explorer 11.0 on Windows

This has to be the worst provider. No one will talk to you. When you ring they are always experiencing a high level of calls. That is understandable because their service is crap!! I am changing my provider and those who are experiencing the same problems of not being able to log in to their e-mails should do the same. They may boast that they are the largest provider but that does not mean they are the best. They do not deserve your custom. If you have a contract with them, just stop payments. They are not providing the service you contracted for.

Robert Kunda · 30 March 2016 - 10:46

Mel Morgan · 29 March 2016 - 18:03
· · Firefox 45.0 on Windows

Contacted my firewall provider (Zonealarm, one to one live chat) to ask if the firewall was blocking my access to Orange e-mails. They said the new system did have problems and the cure was to delete ZA then re-load. They even provided instructions. I did what they said, re-loaded ZA and all is well with my e-mail access. For now!!

Mike Russell · 27 March 2016 - 13:02
· · Chrome 49.0 on Windows

orange.co.uk shows my login, but then gives the "no response from server"[sic] message, as it has been doing for over a month now, with no explanation or apology from them. EE don't want to honour taking on Freeserve and Orange email IMO. Typical corporate rubbish - I'll use a different provider than them, wherever possible, but ATM I need them because phone coverage from the others is bad in my area.

Karen Thornton · 26 March 2016 - 12:56
· · Chrome 49.0 on Windows

Can't get into any Orange web page at all. Just tries forever and never loads. Can't even get my emails through Mail2web. Getting a new email account next week and cancelling my broadband. Email has been down more that it's be up over the last 3 weeks and I haven't had one single word of apoligy from Orange. It's like they think they're doing us a favour and we should be grateful we get anything at all.

Diane Bryant · 25 March 2016 - 10:10
· · Chrome 49.0 on Windows

Trying to sign into fsnet email!. Takes you to EE home page. Try to log in, goes to home page. going round in circles!!!

Michael Dynes · 25 March 2016 - 10:06
· · Chrome 49.0 on Windows

Yes again. Same with with me. Total incompetence from EE and Orange

Stephen Neate · 25 March 2016 - 10:05
· · Internet Explorer 11.0 on Windows

This is the only organisation I know that doesn't feel obliged to apologise for it's poor service. There is never an explanation as to why the service is down, no updates, no projected date/time for when the service might be available. Why is there nothing on their home page about email being unavailable?. It's the most appalling service. Customers should redirect mail to a free Gmail account and dump EE - they're simply not worth all the frustration.

Glenda Robinson · 25 March 2016 - 10:03
· · Internet Explorer 11.0 on Windows

I haven't been able to access my emails since 9pm last night. So fed up with this service.

I'm getting seriously fed up of Orange's email 'Service' (not).
It has been down nearly as much as it has been working for months.
I think it is time they started to pay out compensation for their disruption to customers.

Tom Barton · 25 March 2016 - 08:00
· · Firefox 45.0 on Windows

Joke performance AGAIN. Sad that these idiots get paid a lot of money for being crap at their job.
I suspect this may be deliberate to make people leave an old Orange service that EE cant be arsed with. Congratulations, I wont be renewing my Orange mobile
