Trying for three days have changed password three times and spoken to chap in India also one in UK.. given me instructions to wait 24hours before trying again. Crap service is right. Then they text a series of messages asking if their performance good 0-10, what is happening. FED UP WAITING!!

i just managed to speak to an adviser..(by calling from Skype) and he apologised profusely and said that Orange had experienced some technical difficulties. He then said that if i completely turned my phone off, and then removed the sim card for 3 mins and then put it back in, and then turn the phone on again, everything would be back to normal. It now works... so I would recommend trying that!!

Well I am so glad that I made the decision to cancel my contract and move over to Vodaphone!! Customer service is second to none and I have been allocated my own account manager.. so if I have a problem I ring or email them and they sort it... Oh and by the way they are LOCAL and not offshore... I can see the day when EE/Orange/TMobile will be no more..because customer service is paramount.. treat them like rubbish and eventually become the rubbish...

Steve web2mail is safe, it was orange that gave me web2mails address once before when their site was down. So I use it whenever orange is down which seams to be more often now.

I'm having the same trouble logging into my account page as many others. I've just managed to talk to someone with a limited knowledge of English on one of the 0800 numbers given in another post. His initial reaction was to try to reset my password before I explained that this was not the problem. He checked up and came back to say that they presently have technical issues, and to try again in 24hrs when everything will be fixed - won't hold my breath

I also got conned by the 'switch to EE' con - they tell you that everything is the same as with Orange but faster. They don't tell you that you only get half the data allowance that you had with Orange
