We have tried pinging Optus website using our server and the website returned the above results. If optus.com.au is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

Optus webpage on my computer keeps defaulting to "Mmm looks like this phone is not yet supported for webchat. Sorry about that" - even though not using a phone

Not able to connect at all. Comes back with a connection error but it is the only site not working and have reset everything to make sure
