I've been trying to access nwolb.com for a week now with no success, I have contacted them and was told to delete all cookies and try a different search engine. I have done all this to no avail!!! On digging a bit further it seems that Nat West online services are being targeted by fraudster, so does that mean that they have turned off their servers until they have sorted this out and don't want their everyday customers to know?

Unable to check if we have been paid off a company that owes us. Unable to even go to todays jobs as i need to tank the van but CAN'T as all of my cards are being declined. Unable to order equipment for a job we won yesterday which needs completing this weekend, just rang the client keeping them informed and their reply was if we can't get the necessary piece of equipment for the weekend then they will go elsewhere.

We will be seeking loss of earnings compensation off Natwest. Absolutely terrible service. Still not received so much as a text or email apologising for informing us what's going on, when they will be back on line or when we can access our money. Do i have to cancel tomorrows jobs aswell?! Who knows, because they can't be bothered to keep their customers in the loop.

I can't believe Natwest still haven't sorted the problem. To all those only just having problems this morning I reccommend scrolling down, you aren't' the only ones but people have been commenting since yesterday evening, my first problem was around 5pm yesterday and I still can't get onto online banking, but it doesn't look like they will fix it any time soon.

Cyber Monday is one of the biggest days for sales online, but retailers are kind of jumping on the bandwagon and putting sales on everything. It's the first Monday after thanksgiving apparently and the UK is joining in these sale days.

I was trying all of last night to log into online banking and now, about 8 hours after my last try I STILL HAVE NO SUCCESS. Natwest is going to have to compensate a lot of people.

My husband is in hospital, and I couldn't pay to get out of the car park after visiting him due to my card being declined in the ticket machine. . It was extremely frustrating and embarrassing and I don't need this stress. I now find it is due to NatWest going offline again. I am nervous every time I use my card now in case it is declined due to the problems at NatWest.

wtf is cyber Monday? Im stuck in Guatemala with no access to cash, both cards declined, run back to hostel and tap into wifi to see site is down, no chance to call and find out but I guess we are all screwed. Guess im not checking out and going on the bus and new hostel tonight that ive already paid for, until I can pay my current concerned hostel owner. I cannot ad a new payee or make a payment to a new payee with either Chrome or Explorer. I contacted your online chat service who directed me to you help number. They said they couldn't help and to tray another time! How pathetic is that!? spoken to customer not services, and was advised they dont know how long it will be until back working. No card transactions will be processed and all will be declined. On that basis, I decided, screw them, and applied for a santander account online. Will def not stay with them anymore!! Too dodgy when bills need paying!!
