Unable to log in. Called tech support this morning and reset password after clearing all browser history and restarting. After speaking to tech and receiving the link to change password was able to log in and place order. 8 hours later attempt to log in and get error message again. called tech support and was told to try another browser. when that didn't work and i tried to call back, they are closed. This is not good. Obviously a problem exists with the site. I've tried it on a mac and pc using Internet Explorer, Safari & Mozilla. Same error every time.

Had trouble logging in last night, my MK IT website is not updating customer order information so having to call to find out status, tried to complete another online order today and it failed at the very end. Staying on hold 15 minutes at a time and just hanging up and trying again later.

This situation has baeen ongoing for several months and is still ongoing!!! Is there no one paying attention to this??? Why, a corporation this size does not have adequaate assistance or knowledge to correct this??? That truly amazes me.
