Mail.yahoo.com website not working? Is it down right now?

All of Yahoo, including Mail, is very slow and even just not working!

what is going on? I have a lot of very important messages to check, my training materials are there.. It is very frustrating, some of my friends can access it though.. does this mean only few are experiencing it?

It was very slow at work so I thought it was work. Difficult to send messages without timeout. But I came home and lag lag lag again. I guess they made all these big announcements so they can just forget about their basic services.

I have not been able to get to my yahoo mail all morning. logon either times out, or message appears that there are technical issues. have rebooted several times.

Can't get in. Keeps timing out. I can access the main Yahoo site, but not Yahoo.com. No problem with G-mail.

I've had trouble for the last few days and still today w/ Yahoo where when i click from each email it doesnt respond, it lets me highlight multiple when its not supposed to. wont bring them up when i double click etc

this is rediculous. I havent been able to access my account for 2 days now, and I was waiting on hearing back from a job that I may not get now because of this!

Seems that I will have to change email service. Yahoo freezing, its too slow, its strange 3 days ago was working fine.... Does any one knows if this is going to be fixed soon ?

Yep having major problems all day today. Main issue is that I cannot reply or compose any emails, only view them and that is slow too.

Having the same issue with it freezing up, not being able to open, delete or reply, refreshing the page, etc. I finally switched to Classic Mail so at least I can get my work done! It's slow but working.

I can't delete e-mail; I can't forward it; I can't move it to another folder. It SUCKS!

Yes, same problems. Can log in and click on one email, then have to close window and reopen to see another email. Not able to delete, compose, or toggle to another folder or email.

I am having the same problems as everyone else. I am unable to open, compose, reply, or forwad my mail. I have restarted my computer twice. This problem started last night for me!

For the last couple of days Yahoo mail has been unpredictable. The delete button and keyboard delete button don't always work. Delete on keyboard sends me back to Yahoo home page. I seem to be getting all of my emails but it's not functioning properly. I'm constantly refreshing and closing the browser. I've gone through all of the help suggestions for troubleshooting and nothing has helped.

i am facing problem with yahoo from last 10 days - I have 2 accounts ymail & yahoo.com . but it is shocking my ymail account is working fine but yahoo.com is having problem from last 10 days - I can log in but not able to open or read emails in inbox neither compost or delete any emails.

Can't access mail. Got into site but when I click on a message, an error appears-- "Network Error Yahoo! Mail was unable to connect. Please reload the page or verify that your network connection is active."

I've used company computer, my laptop, my brother's computer... none connect so it's not my network. But I can access through my I-phone no problem. Anyone else having this issue? I can't do my work through my I-phone. Driving me crazy.

Cant compose emails, read or delete - also getting emails that are days old through today...

I have been having problems with Yahoo mail for a month now. It takes ages to load, and then I can see the emails in the inbox but cannot delete or reply to the emails. Please fix this as soon as possible.

I get my work assignments through Yahoo. My email took 28 hours to reach me. Also my Yahoo contacts were accessed through FB with bogus emails including me. My yahoo address received emails from people via FB with bogus emails.

Yahoo mail has been screwed up for 5 days now! 60% of my contacts have disappeared from my contacts list, and I can not copy and paste at all! It won't accept any changes to my contact list. It just keeps the circle going saying "saving" .... then nothing! ENOUGH ALREADY!!!! A lot of people seem to be having problems lately. This is rare for yahoo. What the H is going on??? May 2, 2013 10 am -yahoo mail is down right now. Won't work on i phone. Yahoo is having server problems. I sent letters to all their management including the president, and the vp's of mobile technology. That helped for only one day. I am disgusted by this company's lack of ability to fix a simple server issue.

Yahoo mail has been popping errors trying to access emails and sub mail folders. This has been going on for over 10 days. Plus suddenly now, I am getting CAPTCHA with every email I send. That is when I can send and it isn't popping errors for like 10 minutes even doing that. I tried everything from changing my DNS, clearing my DNS cache... no matter what i do, yahoo mail, for almost two weeks, has been useless.

I've been forced to abandon Yahoo mail for another provider due to the slow download of my email messages and transitions to other Yahoo mail options (spam, sent, etc). It seems that waiting for Yahoo advertisment downloads trump my desire for quick email, and I do not wish to pay for an express Yahoo mail when other providers give me faster service for free.

when I can get on my email, if I hit refresh, it reloads with all the headings on the left side of the page in a list with no content and cannot be changed, Help. I dont know how to fix this., It is not a virus

NOTE: ATT has also sent YAHOO an E mail complaining about this same issue.
HOPE: YAHOO hopefully should fix their servers soon.

Yahoo e mail servers not working for my two iphones. Same problem as two weeks ago. The problem was that one server with port 993 "timed out." This took one and one half weeks to fix. Now it is not working again. I have reported this issue to att& t and told them to inform yahoo.

Yahoo mail is having big trouble, including being unable to check other mail accounts that are linked to my yahoo account. I'm about ready to jump ship and take it all over to Gmail.

I am having major problems with Yahoo Messenger - I am online but showing offline to all my contacts - I have checked stealth and I show online to them. Have tried a new yahoo address and sent invitations but they have not been received. My contacts have tried sending me invitation and they have not been received either. This has been happening for two days now - halfway through a conversation I apparently just 'disappeared'!!

Yahoo mail is currently loading to an unfamiliar layout screen and then instantly re-routing back to the login pane. It's not possible to do anything with yahoomail at this point.

April 2, 2012: yahoo is irresponsible. They told me to delete my yahoo iphone e mail account and reinstall it! Result: 5, 00 e mail lost.
They are clueless! Hope this is a server issue. Error message says: "Cannot connect to server." The e mail app on i phone is dead!

April 1, 2013 yahoo's e mail servers are not, repeat not sending e mails to my two iphones. Apple inc. Senior technical advisor also has the same problem. I have requested that yahoo fix their servers!! No reply from yahoo yet. Hope they fix their servers!!

Why can't they just leave Classic mail alone? Every time they try to fix something that isn't broken, they break it, and piss off millions of people at the same time. Don't they get it? I'm ready to kick Verizon to the curb as it is, T.V. phone, and internet as well. We were supposed to be paying $85.00 a month for all three for two years. I never once saw a bill that was less than twice that amount. Everytime I turn around they're trying to slip another warm hand into our pants. They seem to be happy with whatever they find in there! I was told by an AT&T tech that there is a known outage affecting a number of accounts and that it may involve several servers being down. My wife hasn't had email in 4 days. not great when you are looking for a job. If I were in charge of a group of servers and they were down for more then 5 hours I would have lost my job.
