When I try to login, I keep receiving a message that says I must change my password. However there is no link on the website for changing a password. The message says it will send a method for changing the password to my email address within the hour. I have yet to received an email with this information. I cannot logon. I am getting a message that I must change my password & that a link will be emailed to me within the hour. That was 2 hours ago. Nothing. Perhaps they've been hacked? I emailed American Greetings who owns Jacquie Lawson e-cards. I need to send cards now.
