Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

Well that's one wasted day...in and out...working then frozen....but we will still be charged for this disgusting online QuickBooks program. And they keep making it less and less efficient to use. Did prompt me to really look for alternative software to handle our three businesses and locations. Can't afford this down time...especially in January!

I was able to get on with my laptop but not my desktop, so I knew it was related to my desktop. Cleared my cache and offline content. That fixed the problem.

Trying to get a hold of someone, no luck apparently MY business has to wait for them to open their doors! My invoices are to be sent out 3 days before the 1st of the month, didn't happen and now the 1st of the month my recurring transactions "invoices" did not run either. Still says next transaction date is 12/1/15. Is today not 12/1/15 and yet my customers have not been billed. What's up QB??????

Is QB having security issues they are not admitting to? My QB to bank log in details have been mysteriously altered to my QB log in details. When I try to correct them the edit always reverts back again. Also previously matched transactions are re-appearing in the Transaction list.
