We have tried pinging Intuit website using our server and the website returned the above results. If is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

We cannot access the payroll system and haven't been able to for over a week now. They keep escalating our problem to engineering (after 2 hour phone calls daily) but it never gets resolved and we were are still unable to process payroll and now the 2nd quarter payroll reports are due and we cant process - This is by far the worst company to deal with! I am A CPA and will never again suggest to any of my clients that they use the online version of QuickBooks. If you need multiple access for QuickBooks users online there is much better solution to buy the desk top version and have it networked through a company such as Right Networks - we have done this with 50 or so of our accounts and it works beautifully - Also the 24/7 help hotline for Right Networks is excellent!

Constantly get this error as I have multiple companies.

After waiting on hold and online chat for a half hour all I get is the engineers are aware of the problem and they will add me to the database and when it is working will get an email.

Can't get the login page to come up on either of my two browsers. The new Mac App I downloaded won't connect. A second laptop won't connect either. It had a login screen up from a previous session that gets a "quick books is unavailable" message. This was happening yesterday afternoon for new logins on one of the computers, all the while I was logged in on mine.

Intuit having problems we get to 95% complete and it tells us it did not go though. It happened 2 weeks ago as well. We later found out it went but timed out before the return response came back. A day later Intuit finally admitted their server was down.

Have had problems with QuickBooks online all day. Most of the time it wont let me even put in my login details and then when I get pass that hurdle it is extremely slow and patchy.
