Fix DNS Problems

I have been trying most of today to complete an application to see if I qualify for a credit on my premium. I have not been able to get past the third page (I think) which asks if you would like to see if you qualify for an reduced payment. It also asks for the number of dependents. That page will not open. Even if I wait 15 minutes. Actually, I get cut off my the system when I wait too long. I talked to a person who could do this, but he was so slow and angry that I didn't have all my information collected, even though five minutes earlier he had told me he could finish without all the information. I hung up.

I was updating my income today and followed the prompts until I got to the zip code portion.

This whole healthcare exchange thing from the website to the staff that answer the phone is the most aggravating, incompetent, joke I have ever had to deal with. I hadn't been able to sign in for over a year - always got error code ID:500.000888 - constantly. In spite of numerous password resets. Just did it again today, called in got a reset, temp password, created new password - tried signing in again, and ... error code 500.000888 AGAIN !

I've also called in to get enrollments done - first there's always at least a 10 minute wait, then when someone does come on, it's like a 18 year old Ebonics speaker, who I CANNOT understand! And they know NOTHING. I've never successfully completed an enrollment this way either. I've had to rely on my insurance broker who has a backdoor into the system somehow. Now that I have issues to resolve I will have to again rely on her.

All I can say is no wonder this thing is going down. Not only is it unworkable, very customer unfriendly, but now the premiums and deductibles are hardly 'affordable'. The sooner it dies the better.

I waited on the page for about 20 minutes. I then googled the following search... please wait. I clicked on the third link from the top and it took me right to the login page. I was able to get in there and do what I needed to do. I had to submit my plan choice twice, but the second time only took me a minute. When I submitted it the second time, it accepted it right away.

I've been trying to get on for at least a week. To see if the problem is system-wide I began an application by choosing another state and it seemed to work fine, so the problem may be state-by state. I live in Illinois. Last year I had to buy a plan outside the marketplace because of something similar.

After Login page got the white screen so many others have gotten. Hit browser (Google Chrome) Back button, returned to Login screen. Hit Forward button without logging in again and the site came right up!! We're DONE. Hope that helps.

I went ahead and tried to login using the user ID that I verified. As soon as I got that right, I simply get "access denied". Figures... They must know how I vote

I live in Mexico and for the last couple of weeks, I have not been able to open the website. There were a lot of complaints from the republicans that personal data was not secure. It appears that the site has been tightened to the extent that foreign access has been limited or non existent. This is not hulu. I hope that the people fixing the web site are aware of this problem

Also trying to access - have tried both Firefox and Safari and continue to get a message "access denied". I'm in Mexico so I'm thinking perhaps they have blocked anyone getting on that is not in the US. I'm getting extremely frustrated with this service. They can't do anything by phone yet the website seems to be blocked to us who are not sitting in the US. Had no problems at least seeing the home page until this week.
