Fix DNS Problems

It won't let me load schedules. Keeps saying there is an error and that my computer is refusing it from going forward. Had my friend check and he got the same result.

Edit: Now it's not letting me select a schedule. There is no "corresponding radio button".

I managed to book a trip via Greyhound Advanced Purchase (online) yesterday with no problems. Printed it at home, no issues. Went to book another trip today, and the site all of a sudden decides to "stop working" and "has issues." I go to book via phone, and I'm told that I there is a $2.50 service fee as well as a $10 fee for booking over the phone. WTF?!

what a load of shite this site is I've spent weeks trying to book tickets from Townsville to Cairns 'Mates Rates' but the site wont let me the guy I've talked to is a right wanker and cant get mates rates if booked over the phone nice way to get more money stupid shit might have to figure another way to get up there :((

Greyhound site is awful for purchasing tickets. I wanted to buy tickets in advance (cheaper ones) but I can not do it for a couple of days because the site is not working. Maybe, they do it on purpose? It makes sense if we think that it is more profitable for Greyhound if people do not buy online tickets, especially in advance. Tomorrow I have to go to Montreal to buy tickets. It means that I will have to spend not only more money but also more time. I tried to call the webmaster but nobody picks up the phone. Weird. Such a big company can not afford maintenance of their site??? I DO NOT BELIEVE IN THAT!!! If tomorrow site will not be working, I will post my comments wherever I can. I am so sorry that Megabus do not go to the city I am going to travel. When I would buy tickets for travelling with Megabus, I never had such problems. PEOPLE, use MEGABUS if it is available.

Greyhound should invest some time and money on fixing their website. They should be embarrassed with what they have right now! this is not new, it just gotten worse over time! Their website was always hard to navigate and very very slow and now it has stopped working! how could they let it go this far? who is managing their website? I think this poor service is due to lack of competition. If there was competition Greyhound would have been erased from the market long time ago or at least was offering a better service today!

If you live anywhere on the east coast and you travel with bolt bus it does not work either==just what is going on here=no one will pay a fee if you call and if you do they should not charge you since you can not book online.

BEWARE- Greyhound baggage clerk stole my $1, 000.00 digital camera and it took 16 hours to get from San Diego to Las Vegas. This company needs to be audited. No company is too big to fail, but the government would give them a BAILOUT anyway.

for 2 weeks now= i have been trying to get a ticket on the web site and when you type in the first 3 words it all ways shows a city=this time it does not show and when you type the whole city and the city you are going to and add the does not move i called them and told them about the site and they says it working now=that was webmaster=so i try it and nothing=when i called the 800 and book a ticket i was charged
a fee of 1250 = the ticket was only 2250 if book on web site.if they are having problems-
they should not charge you a fee... get the web site up and running with no problems so i can get my rewards... please

why even have a web site if you can't serve your consumers it seems that it's a form of bait and switch, since you can't get the online price the only alternative is to pay by phone which in my case is $80 higher unless i purchase two tickets to different stops on the same route that is denied me access by doing that i can save $50 over the suggested or should i sayalmost mandatory PAY BY PHONE RIPOFF

third time trying to purchase online, and problems each and every time. Links do not go to purchase or date selection freezes. Has happened on two different computers so I know it is on their end and not mind. In a word... ridiculous. Webmaster should be slain or at least fired. Don't they need to sell tickets. Get with the times greyhound or its on to your competitor!

I have been trying for two days to purchase a ticket online and the error message of "website is experiencing issues" keeps coming up. When i try to call in to buy a ticket they keep trying to charge me with a phone fee or they just shuffle me from department to department. I need a ticket today. If not help I will choose another company and tell everyone of the horrible service I have been getting.
