We haven't been able to log in since may...been making payments over the automated phone service, cause otherwise its $10 extra. We also haven't receive any statements from them since may! We have an account through them for our sleep number bed, I almost forgot to make a payment today because I am NOT used to have to do it over the phone. We need access to our account! Hope they fix this ASAP!!!

Payment website will not take my bank info. When I first created a bill with them it took 3 months to bill me. I called and called. They said it was normal to take so long. I tried paying without a bill and couldn't . They kept bruising me off. As I was waiting on a bill I received a late payment notice.

So glad I found these comments! I thought it was just me or my computer. They maintain several of my accounts, and I used to be able to log in with no issues. Now it is IMPOSSIBLE. I can put in the user name and password then it will go no further. It's been doing this for months. A customer no service representative has stated I am logging in incorrectly on more than one occasion. That's funny, I can log in fine from my phone or tablet. So it's not me! It's got to be some incompatibility glitch. What I have had to do is call, get my statement info as far as payment amount and date then set it up to auto pay through my bank so it's never late.

I just received an automated phone call from GE Capital to pay my bill, The automated lady said there would be no charge if I paid right away. WTF?? Not gonna pay an automated lady. I'm reading this and I just opened an acct with GE. Its for 60 months with no interest charges. Think I'll just mail my payment a month early and pray they don't stiff me. A Class Action Suit against them by all of the people having all this trouble could possibly FORCE them to admit that they are causing customers to pay LATE FEES that are not legit. Any one complained to the BBB or Consumer Protection Board?

Let's see...Tried to log in to pay bill. Said it didn't recognize the "device" I was logging in from, so had to answer security questions. I set these up last month due to the same problem. After answering them, site told me my answers didn't match their files. So I reset my sec questions. After this it told me it couldn't update my info at this time, "Try again later". And yes, that joke of an automated call in system was so aggravating, I cussed at it up and down and hope the call was recorded! The only credit in their favor was being able to pay on the phone with my checking info--and for no charge! Hmmmm

Use Google Chrome and It works fine... They should upgrade their site to work with all versions of IE. I think they allow you to use up to IE8. Which is lame for a credit site.

The web site will not accept my credentials even though they are the same ones I have always used. When I try to get username and password it says my credentials don't match. When I try to reregister it says the account is already registered. I called to speak to a representative, but they are closed. My payment is due today, so I will make it on the phone (if that's possible), and I don't intend to pay any fees that might incur. Ridiculous.

This company is pathetic and as soon as I pay the damn bill off I am closing the account and writing to the three credit reporting agencies that I closed the account because the company can't get their act together. I have tried to make a payment but it won't let me use my user name. It is saying it is incorrect but it is the same one I have been using! It is so difficult to get any information from your company, I called it in and made it over the phone, which was a difficult process also and very nerve racking! I've been having the same problems. Not a very good example of High Tech management, ( Do you hear that Mr. Emelt? ) Maybe you should pay more attention to GE instead of shmoozing the White House.

For the rest of you Customers having problems, connect with GE Customer Service Dept. at 887-800-4727 and make payment by phone. It's free and tedious. But effective. I chose to pay my Balance and close my account with PC Richards. "Let the people speak!!"
