Fix DNS Problems
A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

I have been trying for over 6 hours to make a payment on line. My browsers crash as soon as I gain access, then they "Lock" me out!! Called Customer NO SERVICE and they say they HAVE NO WEBSITE PROBLEMS. My computer says the problem is within their website. What a way to treat customers!!! |

Trying to log into my account to pay bill and cannot. Has happened before. Doesn't give one much confidense in their website. Hope they aren't going to charge late fees because of this. Not much faith in calling either. Wouldn't expct this of a company like GE. |
