Browser Related Problems

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

I have had problems syncing my fitbit since last night at 9:30. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but that only worked for a few hours. Now I get the same message, Fitbit is down for maintenance and it won't sync. I've had this for months and have never had a problem until now. Please give us an update that will fix this problem. I was having the same problem with the Fitbit app on my android saying was down for maintenance. Started around 8:00pm MT 8-Jul-14 but the Fitbit app on my wife's iPhone had no problem syncing with Then I noticed that the Fitbit app on my android was updated on 8-Jul, right around when it stopped working. I uninstalled an reinstalled and it's fine again. Thanks to those wo suggeste that!

Edit: Uninstalled and re-installed the app and got it to sync, but this will not work long-term. Not convenient at all and I love my Fitbit! :(

Had same problem as others. Yesterday uninstalled and reinstalled app to fix. It's back today and I simply went in to phone settings (Android) to clear cache and data for the app. A hassle, yes, especially if you have to do it every day...but it's working now...

FitBit will not sync steps. I can sync water and calorie intake just find, but steps = no.

Update: Now the app is stating that my tracker cannot be found and keeps trying to restart my bluetooth. I have restarted - uninstalled as far as I can (FitBit App came with my phone) and checked for any additional updates.

" is down for maintenance" Well how long does that take? Seriously, give your customers an answer here, don't make them wait days for a response via an email. This is my second flex. I took back the first one I got because I couldn't set it up so I thought what the heck I'll try a new on. I went through the install and bam! got the same darn error.
