We have tried pinging FileFactory website using our server and the website returned the above results. If filefactory.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

Fix DNS Problems

I can log in... but the search feature is not available. It seems some upgrading is being done to the system. I've been waiting for 2 days, now...
I'm having the same issue as well, unable to login to my account, says I do not have an account with them! OMG!

Paula, looks like they are blocking me too. I was able to at least find their support email address so I have written them to ask why. I was NOT blocked at all till I upgraded to premium yesterday. Now blocked and I did NOT download anything illegal.
Truely sucks it is down again
I'm completely blocked from FileFactory, can't even access a support page or my Premium account. They've blocked my IP in the past saying it was a false positive, but never any compensation.
News i just got
Still though nothing yet lol. Credits should be coming thick and fast over the coming days lol
FileFactory has been the target of a large denial of service attack for the last few hours. We believe that it is now mostly mitigated, but unfortunately it did stop some members being able to access our website. We apologize for this, and please know that we both take downtime like this very seriously, and are making changes to our infrastructure to lessen the impact that any future attacks may have our our system.

down again this is really starting to frustrate me
The site has been up and down for the last 2 days. Very frustrating as I needed to do something this weekend and it's been down much more than it has been up. Wish their TOS had exclusions for outages like this so we could at least get credit.

I paid $79 for a 2 yr subscription in Sept 2013 and now I cannot download any videos. it is asking me to sign up again... no way!
Its quite crazy FileFactory is down on and off and nothing has been done by the site administrators. This is not we pay for ... kindly fix these outages ASAP.
crap fileserver... never pay for it... the free option works just as well...
filefactory works the same for free as if you pay for it... DO NOT pay for a filefactory membership, it is worthlless... the free downloads are the same speed.
