Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

For several weeks now, the webpage comes up with all sorts of weird half-pages, text in white color on a white background (making it impossible to read) and non-functioning search buttons for movies, showtimes, theaters, etc. I've tried accessing it on at least half a dozen different computers located in different cities, all with the same results. What's going on?

Trying to buy tix for Frozen at Fandango and Was not able to process the order! Get error message once you click on "process order". Tried in two computers two different browsers. Terrible! This is the biggest rip-off I have ever seen on the Internet; they get your money and then they do everything to deny you the most basic of help after they had denied the validity of the temporary passwords they have supposedly issued. I have a $25 Gift ard which is not a great deal of money but it is utterly useless to me.

very frustrating. typing the long gift card number into the computer, making sure it is right. then fandango says it is not valid. try to chat with them, they say in 3:55. Just shy of that, they hang up the chat. I would completely avoid dealing with this company.

Home page and movie pages load, but not any of the pages you need to go on to buy tickets or the pages to find a theatre, making ordering impossible. Even using links to purchase from Fandago on the theatre's site results in endless loading.

have tried multiple times since last week in different cities and for different movies to purchase tickets online. Tells me there is a security issue with my cards--not so.. I called my credit card customer services--no problems as the cards are working fine in all other transactions and accounts. Plus on one card, Fandango tried to get paid three times-nothing doing. That was a week ago. Now I am trying to purchase tickets again and the same thing happens. What is going on?
