I have spent two hours trying first to get access to the site, then trying to submit my readings to no avail. I tried to talk to someone but couldn't post my reply. iView times out; no cached content. Apparently the EDF site is up and running!

Unable to access the 'my account' section on the EDF Energy website. Have tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE) on windows and Mac machines on multiple connections including 4G. Trying to submit meter readings and pay bills, do EDF not want my money?

Main page is slow but loads so this website is correct in the fact that the website is up, it is just impossible to do anything with your account.

Does not appear as if i can login in to MyAccount... page times out, but after hitting refresh/back numerous times, i do appear to be logged in... cant actually do anything though. Trying to submit meter reading and pay a bill, but can't do it. Looks like i will have to listen to the automated message phone call i get next time and try to do things that way :o(

cannot log on to the site, it allows me to enter my details, then redirects me after around 2 minutes waiting to the SAP netweaver portal. not good when you are trying to pay your bill EDF...

Site itself is up, but accessing my account - to pay a bill or anything else - is virtually unusable. I waited nearly two minutes for it to load. Started filling in my payment details, when the cursor skipped to the wrong box. I made the mistake of hitting backspace to delete the mis-entered characters, which of course had the effect of returning me to the login page. Now waited another two mins to try to get back into my account...
