Fix DNS Problems

Cox.com is awful. Can't login to pay bill. Not open Sunday in order to pay bill over the phone. Since receiving the service, I have not been able to pay my bill online. Such an inconvenience!

This site seems to NEVER work. You get the front page at cox.com but if you try to login or do anything with your bill, the page simply fails to render. I have not been able to go in and pay my bill for months now. Have to call every time. This website makes healthcare.gov look good...

The main site is always up (since that is the site that it pinged for uptime statistics) but nothing past that is ever working. Going on 4 months of 3-4 times weekly checking. Has never worked. Statistics here should be revised to reflect this trickery.

My internet bugs out about once every 45 seconds for 10 seconds and then comes back on. I've checked my router/modem and everything seems normal, but this makes it impossible to play on my xBox One which = a sad day fro me :p

Cox Internet is POOR in Laguna Niguel where I live. We've had LOUSY Internet service since we moved there in July 2013. TV down, Cable Box down, High Speed Internet UP, watching Netflix with Roku box. I call, and nobody else but me has this problem. This happens a lot over many years, same answer "So far you're the only one to report a problem" (therefore it must be my wiring, my TV, my problem, I get it).

I am still having issues with Cox Internet staying alive and working with the Motorola modem we have. Information has been sent into the technical support as requested yet nothing has come out of it. Why is it that no one seems to know how to correct this matter over there yet everyone seems to know how to use bandaids?

Cox needs to get their act together! Problems all of the time with e-mail, internet, cable, etc. They need to hire people that know what they are doing and fire the ones that have no clue about what is going on! Install new wires and get it right or soon I will be finding another service provider after over 30 years with them!

Our email has been down since 5:00 yesterday. I have been on the phone all morning notifying people that I am not receiving their info. This is more than an inconvenience, we rely on email to deal with our rental properties and have applications coming through email. This is happening more frequently it seems.

im sick of this cox email problem, I had trouble sending messages last week on and off for two straight days and again today and yesterday. Sometimes I can get an email to go through but its very rare and sometimes takes 20 attempts. ugh.

For two straight days I have been getting the following message when sending emails:

There are several reasons why this may have occurred: 1) You may have exceeded the allowable sending limit via WebMail. If you have knowingly been sending numerous messages within a short time period, you may be blocked from sending additional messages for a period of three hours, at which time the block will be automatically lifted. 2) The content of your message may be considered spam by our anti-spam systems, and has therefore been blocked. Try sending an empty test message to yourself to see if you can receive it. If you receive it, this would indicate that the blocked message is considered spam. Please visit http://coxagainstspam.cox.net for more information. 3) There may be a temporary system problem or maintenance which is causing the failure.
