I have been trying to sign up. The website takes me through the application but stops at the enroll part. I can only go so far and then there are no links anywhere on the next step. The help/chat button does not work. Last night I called and there was an outgoing message that said they were having system problems.

Worst website in the world. Says my user name and password are incorrect, which they aren't. When I click the "Forgot password" link, it just redirects me to a page that gives me the customer service phone number (which, they're closed, and even when they're open its on average a 2-4 hour wait..) It would be nice if they would just email my so "forgotten" password... Which, even then, wouldn't help because I never forgot it to begin with. ARRRRGH!!!

I can't access the login page, and get an apache failure notice or a connection reset notice, depending on whether I use safari or chrome. Is anyone else having the same trouble? Does anyone have any troubleshooting advice? The control + F5 option isn't working and I've never had any trouble with the DNS.

Site is def down once again --- I had just enetered all the info for a family of 4 and was just submitting the final signature and pin with client at my desk --- kicked us us and have not been able to get back in --- talk about stress --- I have three more families to enroll this morning and Drew has 4 --- we are talking about these people's family's health coverage and our ability to get them enrolled per the deadline... no doubt this frustration is being felt by 100's of other dedicated agents state wide... If there is a negative rating... that's what their website deserve. Horrible!!! Even trying to make payment on the phone is AN HOUR + WAIT. However, with initial enrollment, you can't make payment unless you have a I.D. where do you get the I.D. if your can't even LOG ON???

I'm at the signature verification stage and when I submitted my signature for verification, I get the message "Please wait while we verify your information" but it never processes. I've tried three times now including waiting 20 minutes last night and still can't get my signature verified. I'm using Internet Explorer 11 on a Dell laptop, Windows 7.

Although this site says CoveredCA is "up and reachable" it is not. The only page that may or may not load is the Home page. When you click on the Start button you get nothing. I called and asked what's going on and this is apparently an ongoing problem that Covered CA is not working mainly due to too much traffic I was told.
