My mother has not been able to access her email on Comcast for days (Windows). No matter what you email icon you click, even One on Comcast website, everything goes back to the new Xfinity homepage, I think it's new homepage because it's black background now. So we just go in circles and circles and circles and it opens a new window every time . Then a noticed came up that there was suspicious activity, possibly malware or something, and not to shut the computer down. that makes me suspicious!!! So I'm actually trying to check around on my iPhone to find out what's going on for her. This is horrible service, or lack there of. For all I know it could be an imposter site or a virus or a worm, I have no idea was going on so I am checking in with the rest of you. Thanks for any info!

Cable is constantly going in & out on both boxes (one is HD , one is regular) . When it comes in it is very pixelated and freezing. Been down for over an hour, after checking online unseeing my phone tethered to laptop, i discovered that at least 8 other major cities are out right now, Comcast does nothing to provide for its costumers and sees us as a resource. They may try to fix this quickly but it is only because they want too not lose there resources, us. If Comcast did not have a monopoly over this i would not use them at all, ever. They are unreliable and they do not provide anything when they are supposed to, they claim that they dont have the bandwidth to support there consumer base yet they opened up a public wifi in every xfinity wifi router in order to allow "internet access no matter where you go in your town or city, as long as some one has a Comcast router you can have internet" Yet they claim they don't have the bandwidth and that it wont affect the person who owns the router? Bs Comcast. Do your job and be a service provider. Stop trying to lie to us. We see it.

Service on Cape Ann is dropping so often & so hard this afternoon, you'd think Comcast Internet equipment (& whoever is running their NOC) is inebriated.

Just listened to a Comcast VP blow her political gas around on C-SPAN about how the US needs to subsidize Comcast to bring internet to low income customers. They want more $$s, but aren't giving stable service to customers paying almost $200/month for high speed Inet (without premium tv stations).

My password is correct, I have uninstalled and reinstalled my email program (windows live mail) and I still can not get my email. Also, a side note, I am not receiving my email on my droid either. grrrrrrr

Comcast will not allow me to sign in to email. The message says my name and password are incompatible.
