The "Ooops" this should not have happened IS happening because the website now REQUIRES stronger passwords and YOUR OLD ONE is NOT strong enough. IT IS THE WRONG MESSAGE for the problem. I HAD to use my iPhone connectivity, go to the login page and choose "I forgot my password, " I followed the prompts, created the stronger password and accessed my account. Someone programming for citibank's web is not competent and neither is the employee acting as "testing user."

For at least 3 weeks I can't get account details on just one of my linked accounts. This is the message, "We're sorry. Activity is currently unavailable for your account." I called citibank and they escalated this problem, but it still continues. Naturally, I can't do any of the necessary banking work I need to do. It's not my computer or a browser problem.
It's definitely a glitch in the Forrester software that Citibank uses.

I just got on! Tried several times with Chrome and then with Internet Explorer. I just coldn't get into the site. Finally, tried with Firefox and got through on my first try. Site responded quickly with no lagging at all. Finally got my payment made. Printed out extra copies of my payment information... just in case! TRY FIREFOX!
