Issaquah Washington dropped calls for last couple months now. Went from LG F7 to Samsung Galaxy s3 and still having pathetic problems. Everything from dropped calls to cutting in and out on every single call. Wtf is going on damn it. Then I read these nsa faggots are playing with new tech that taps our calls. I swear these bastards need to be destroyed. Obama is a f#!king terrorist, why beat around the bush. This rat bastard thinks lying to the American people about being a tranny married faggot is ok as well. Another story, but I'm sick and tired of all this corruption and greed. I have had Boost Mobile for 3 years now. I have really had no complaints until I recently moved. I have to go across the street to get a signal. If it is raining I have to sit in my vehicle across the street to make calls. I do not receive emails, text or phone calls while I am in the house. When I go outside it takes about 2 minutes and my phone just pings with all the missed calls, texts and emails. I was told if I upgraded to a new phone all these issues would be resolved. NOT, after purchasing the new Boost Max the problems are worst. This phone is SHIT. I have switched stores to deal with my issues and I am considering taking the store where I purchased my new phone that was to solve all my issues to court at this point. I have been on the phone with customer service 2-3 times a week for a minimum of 4 hours per call. After meeting with the area manager (took forever to get meet with him) I am told that Sprint is updating the towers. That Sprint was almost bankrupt until they did their latest acquisition and that we should have service like the old Nextel where you could get signal in an elevator. I was told this should be by the end of May 2014 but closer to the end of June.

This is way too long to wait for a service that I am paying for and not receiving what I am paying for.

I have fought so hard everyday with Boost Mobile that they actually gave me a $10.00 credit. I told them they can wipe their ass with that. I loose more business per day with Boost and if not corrected by the end of the month I will take them to court to get my money back.

PUT THE WORD OUT DO NOT BUY BOOST/SPRINT MOBILE

I have had Numerous problems for almost 2 months now. This is ridiculous. Taking peoples money and NOT giving them service. Lets see, a list of my issues...

*Does not want to make a call. It sometimes takes up to 10 attempts Just to make a dang call.
* When people call, it goes Straight to voicemail 8 out of 10 times.
* I rarely can get a picture msg, just says downloading, but never does.
* I cannot send pictures half the time, then when they do send, it still says it's sending, yet the people say it's come through 2-5 times.
* Internet does not work majority of the time now.
* Service jumps in and out all day long, no matter where I am at. It will say no service then a full bar of service within seconds to minutes, while never moving the phones position.
* Now most of my phone calls I have to repeat myself the entire time, because it keeps cutting out.
* It drops calls all the time now.
* I'm sure I am leaving Something out.

I did not have many issues in a yr and a half with my service, until the last 2 months. I received a text stating you would be working on the service and it may be interrupted for a few days. Well I didn't have any issues for close to two weeks, then all of a sudden it started. It keeps getting worse. My bill is due on the 18th of May, So either fix this CRAP or I WILL switch. This is crazy, me paying for services and not getting them. Also, my dad is experiencing the same stuff. He will be switching as well. I live in Springfield, TN. With boost-mobile. FIX THESE ISSUES. Two months is WAY to long to have been patient with your lousy service!

Also, I have tried taking battery out and leaving it out for minutes at a time. I have tried turning it off and back on. I have tried restarting phone many times. I have tried the airplane mode, setting it on and off. I have tried updating my phone numerous times in the past two months. So, I have tried your troubleshooting stuff, and guess what NONE of them HELPED! My phone has NO issues. It has No water damage and it has Not been dropped, It has a protective case over it. So, it is Not my phone. It is a Samsung Galaxy SIII (Just so you know)

I tried calling today and after 30 minutes could NOT get a human on the phone. I have sent emails, and posts on here. I KNOW y'all are getting all these complaints!!! Pretty soon you will have NO customers left. People will eventually get sick and tired of paying and not getting services. If you don't want to fix the problems, then shut your company down, and get out of the business. Y'all are worse than a bank robber. Least they make it known they're robbing people! I am a typically patient and nice person, but when y'all screw me on service and I pay for something I am not getting, then that's technically stealing. When you steal from me, you are stealing from my children. That pi**es me off. I am sick of being nice, and being run over. I am sure a lot of other people are getting sick of it to. Mine, however, has lasted way longer than the average few days complaints. Let more customers deal with it this long, and I'm sure you'll have more and more rude comments regarding this "so-called" service.

I live in Merriam Woods Missouri and still do not have phone service out here where I live. I have had my service without any problems for over a year now. I called in and the lady on April 8th and she said that the tower was being worked on and would be fixed within 3 days but more than likely by the end of the day on the 8th. I had MAJOR issues with Boost Mobile earlier this year. It all started mid Summer when sometimes my texts wouldn't go through... and when they did go through people told me they got the same text 3-4 times! Then my calls wouldn't go through at all, or it would take dialing out 5-10 times before they could connect. Finally broke down and bought a newer "smartphone" (Galaxy/Prevail 2) at end of October. LOVED IT... problems "seemed" to disappear. Now just in the past week the same problems seemed to have resurfaced. Texts not going through... or being received multiple times. Messages with photos attached not going through... or if they do, recipients don't get them for several hours. What's the ding-dong deal??

Running into a similar problem. My husband and I cannot make or receive calls from our house. We have to walk outside and wander around until Boost finally "connects". According to Boost customer service (in the Philippines) all towers and signals are working. Even after a phone "reset" still no service. Huh... Everything was great until approx 4 days ago. This is so weird. I have had nothing but great experience with Boost for over 2 years and now I can only text or browse the web. My phone calls drop on every single call. Called Boost and they claim work is being done on the towers in my area and they have no idea how much longer this will be an issue. God forbid anything happen to me; I live alone and have no other phone service.

My zip is 40356 my husband and I and several other family members have had no service for four days cant reach anyone at customer service at all please resolve this if not we are going to change service been with Boost for three years... Very unhappy customer

For the past two or three months my Boost mobile phone has had a terrible connection and dropping calls so I bought a new phone and the same thing still happens. I am going to change providers if I can tomorrow. This is ridiculous - paying for a service I'm not getting.

I just called boost mobile, and a guy from Dominican Republic, answer the call telling me that needs to troubleshooting my phone. Come On! are you crazy my friend! Boost mobile are getting down. I planing to move to other provider. Which out there are good without contract? does son buddy knows?

Edit: I don't get phone signal in may house from 3 month ago, They still tell me that is a tower problem and they going to fix it. For how long!, I still not making and received call. Was fine before. Mmmmmm, no good.

As of November 29, 2013, I have neither been able to call out or receive calls. I have tested with other phones, i.e. Tracfone. In my location in the Houston metro area, once I leave where I live calls are marginal. Data is working and has not been affected. I wonder if Sprint is making upgrades and Boost doesn't care because this is no contract service and therefore no guarantee your service will work even if you have paid your bill. It is a problem with no contract service, because there is no SLA for the carrier which means no support, except to take your money. I just paid my bill, and for what?

Update (+19hours) : It's me replying to my post. Miraculously after 2 hours of this posting, my service was back. Could the Boost Mobile gremlins be watching this page. I hope so. Incidentally, when I called the customer service line aka 233, the options the IVR gave me was to reboost and to cancel your most recent payment. When you select 5 for other options, no access to a customer service rep. What the heck is going on with them.

I have been an auto re-boost customer for several years with unlimited everything...except the service, which is Sprint by the way, has been down more than it has been up. Calls to Boost and to Sprint get just about the same run-a-round.

My phone has been trippin the past couple days. I can't receive calls (which I mostly don't mind) I only receive my SMS when I call out but when I called them they said that it's apart of an upgrade! What the hell! I hate missing text messages! Step your game up Boost Mobile!

Cant make international calls and if it does happen to go through It is so bad sometimes cant even understand who I;m talking with and even my local calls are not going through... So much for this crappy service will just get another carrier this has been going on for over a week now

I have Android Monthly Unlimited with International Connect Plus. As of the last 2 days, I can not make an International call. It will sometimes go through but barely and most of the time, it won't. I have 2 Boost Mobile phones and the same error message is received. It states the number or code you have dialed is incorrect please check the number and dial again. I have made calls to that same number in the United Kingdom for 2 years. I am so fed up and all they want is my upcoming payment. I've contact Customer Care and they are of no help. I was told the towers will be updated in my area Completely changing everything over to 4 G LTE on December 18, 2013. Mobile, Alabama
