BMO online login to business accounts fails - incorrectly rejecting bank card number as invalid. It is unacceptable for a bank to release a new version of it's software to production without 100% testing before hand, especially for business clients!

Problems with BMO online banking... not sure what's going on, all multiple choice tubs are not responding, it is impossible to make any selection as a result no transaction can be completed. Very frustrating.

Service has been messed up for weeks.

Had Fraud on my account on the 17th of April... was told I would have access to funds again on the 2nd of May, still no funds. Called on the 2nd and was told a manager would call me within 48hrs to update me... still no or communication or status.

On top of that called in yesterday and got my available credit and found out I had no pending transaction. So I used the card for a large purchase (would of left 300 bucks credit available). Woke up this AM to be $200 overdrawn!! Apparently pending transaction aren't displaying/posting right in the system.

Tried to call them at 8am sharp and was on hold for 2 hours just to get "were having technical difficulties message' and be disconnected.

I logged into my account today and email requested a contact. it says someone should call me in 24hrs I doubt they will. If not i'm so switching companies.

I'm having the same problem as others. The website has been unusable all day. I tried phoning, was put on hold for at least 30 minutes, and finally there was a recorded message saying "technical difficulties". They should put a message about this on their IVR system and also provide an estimated time for restoring the service!

I got the following login error in the last 2 hours:

"We cannot process your request at this time. For further information, please call the Customer Contact Centre at 1 800 263-2263 to speak to a Customer Contact Agent."

When I called the above number, and wanted to speak with an agent, the phone was hung up with the message:
"We are experiencing technical difficulties."

I called the 1-800 #, it took 32 min and 14 secs and spoke to an agent. He said he would put me on hold for a minute. I was disconnected. Called back and after 69; min and 10 sec I hung up. Almost time to think about switching cards

Still NO information from any rep, "we don't know what's wrong, we haven't been told anything". No response from any BMO email, nothing on twitter, no press release or even a message on their site. Time to move my money to a credit union, BMO was my choice as "least completely awful" bank, now it's just not worth it. Will be fun trying to balance remaining cash between food and gas.

Site is reachable, but *all* the online banking systems are down. Called credit card number (for bmo), they informed me all their systems are down, they don't know why, and they don't know when things will be restored. Not happy.
