When I try to access the banking app on my iPad and iPhone, latest models and latest updates, keep getting a cannot connection due to weak connection. The internet is working perfectly. I've also tried on the 4g network and same issue. I have also tried on other devices in the house and the same conclusion. This has been happening for a week now.

Whenever Barclays "make improvements" to their website, it suddenly starts malfunctioning - bit of an irony really. Last weekend they were supposedly improving, and ever since it reckons it doesn't recognise my details. now it's locked me out. This happened before and they tried to convince me I'd asked for a new card (which I hadn't). They then said they'd blocked my exisitng card and were sending a new one. Guess what? New card didn't arrive and I had to ring again. Absolutely useless. They should sack their whole website team and get someone who knows their ass from their elbow.

Logging on to my business account looks like a normal size font, however trying to make a payment it is different font, it is so small it looks like a fine line. The message does say 'a technical fault'. When I phoned Barclays they told me to enlarge the font or magnify........????

Just tried to withdraw money from two different cash machines which both stated I had exceeded my daily withdrawal limit. I haven't taken any money out or completed any transactions today.... or in the last few days. Online banking is available to me and confirmed I have funds. Pain in the bum.

Phone and banking down. Not sure about ATM. But Halifax is down as well. A little worried. Phoned but no excuses given ust try back in 1 hr. Bet they still get their profits over this hr. Yet not giving any service!

Edit: on hold at the moment. I am going to go and try the ATM If this is down there is some serious problems

Update: Finally someone helpful on the phone. basically due to security they have to close down everything and restart it due to the time change. ATMs on shortly but online and phone back on at 4.30 latest
