When I go to the website to log in it takes me to a page where I have to enter in my ss number, birthday, and account number to verify myself adn then when I hit continue it just takes me back to the log inpage.

There is no notice of service outage but, perhaps, this is all the fault of the new processing center in Henderson Nevada or Barclay is getting ready for the Super Bowl and all eyes are on that. Tried a half dozen times over the last four hours.

Edit: Sorry, I was so confused. The site now requires a stronger password setup, your old passwords may not work. I had to go on to my iPhone, use the browser there and found this to be the case. I did a "Forgot password" and did a new access very quickly. So much for the site programming returning the correct response to a password that is no longer valid because of rule changes.
