Does anyone on here know of any other platforms that offer similar services to forms central? This is killing my business, and I JUST switched to Adobe less than 20 days ago. Terrible, terrible timing for this to happen but I guess it's good I have not built an extensive database in such a short time frame. I don't think this is good at all, given that I am losing business since yesterday, but glad I'm not losing more money than two days worth...not a real upside but you get my gist. Anyone know of web forms that have the same functionality as adobe's and are easily created? Would appreciate any info as I plan to move away now rather than when I'm more reliant on their services. This is ruining my business. Adobe did not send out one email to notify me about this being down. I found out from my clients... Call For Entry was closing and I have lost potentially thousands of dollars. So angry and after this will not be using Adobe products again. I'm having the same issue now (15 May 2015).

The solutions i found online were not effective. I used Adobe's Tech chat, and was told it's a "login outage." Nothing i can do.

I have work to do, and deadlines TODAY, but the ridiculous 'customer service' person gave me the same rhetoric as the dry cleaner and parking lot attendant in Seinfeld: "we ask that you please bear with us."

Bear with them. For "TWENTY FOUR HOURS, " while they work on the problem.

I mentioned that i would miss professional deadlines and would likely lose a $40/year client, and the response was that they would credit me for FIVE DAYS of my subscription. That's like $8..... Comforting.

I'm either going to find an alternative to this CC BS, or go back to my old non-cloud version, and simply insist that my trade partners do the same and/or work with my old version files. I'm not paying a monthly fee for a product that doesn't work when i need it to work.

But for my first experience of Adobe I am not amused, and not happy that I have to sign in to use a product I own! I just switched from QuarkXPress 10 to InDesign CC last week with the promise from other dedicated InDesign fans that I will be thrilled I switched. Um... I'm not thrilled. A week-in and I've now lost more work hours then ever before. Not the best situation for people who depend highly on this product and can't seem to get a decent response from Adobe. Shit happens, yes. But for this long? #Pissed.

How bad is this for your business and mine? The site has been down all day! My clients cannot open the forms I am sending. Seriously? What about people working with a deadline today that are relying on their online subscription with Adobe? Total business fiasco! We should be informed as to the reason for this complete lock-out from their website and the use of any of their software services subscribed to. I am grateful that today is not my deadline. I work with regulated deadlines and if this happened on one of those days I would be fined thousands of dollars with no recourse.

Also, does anyone know what's the story on the Lighting Effects filter in Photoshop? From what I've been able to ascertain, the problem with it not working is widespread. Still down as of 10:29 pm Arizona time. This is pretty upsetting, considering the lack of updates from them, too. The Adobe Customer Care Twitter account said they, "experienced an outage", but that was 8 hours ago. Their most recent post was 6 hours ago.

I can't login directly to adobe or through creative cloud. It keeps saying I have no internet connection and obviously that isn't true or I couldn't post here.

I cannot sign into Adobe Creative Cloud. It tells me I don't have an account and when I try to create a new account, nothing happens.

I just signed up for adobe creative cloud and now when I sign into it 80 percent of the software says TRY not INSTALL. Is this because the server is down or did they downgrade me??

site will not load, it keeps hanging saying it's 'waiting' and installing images, etc.. nothing happening
