How to Clear Firefox Cache ?

Each time you access a file through your web browser, the browser stores it. By doing this, the browser doesn't have to newly retrieve files (including any images) from the remote web site each time you click Back or Forward.

  1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button (Tools menu in Windows XP) and then click Options on the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu and select Preferences...
  2. Select the Advanced panel.
  3. Click on the Network tab.

When troubleshooting issues with any website, after clearing your browser's cache and cookies, exit your browser completely before attempting to access the site again.
