Anyone who sent a check to zeek within the last 45-60 days, even if their points showed up in the system... Chances are the check was never deposited. They can call their bank, give them the number from the cashiers check or money order, pay a small fee and the check will be cancelled. We have many people doing that successfully today.

Zeek isnt a scam, i was earning $38 a day from my first day in the business and within a week it just went up. You just need to balance how much you repurchase in bids and how much you take out for yourself; the best way to start off is repurchasing bids with all the income you make untill you are making a decent daily income.

Shujaat Ali · 2 September 2012 - 12:01

Matthew A. Keeping · 31 August 2012 - 23:21

I was approached and heavily recruited to put money into this. I studied it, and said 1) I don't understand the business model as a means of profit and 2) it sounds like a Ponzi scheme. It breaks my heart because my friend who was trying to get me to come on board put his life savings plus loans into this thing. I hope you guys get most of your money back.

Ryan Nguyen · 30 August 2012 - 23:50

I did not put all my eggs in one basket too, I put it in JustBeen Paid. But this web is change to ProfitClicking. Problems the Owner was retire. All my money get stuck. I put money in Uinvest. this web now is not deal with Payza/Alert pay. I have no way out.

Zeek reward was sucessfull 12 years in US. why FBI didn't stop them before ? and now, they have been stop. I though. All investment from web are scam. It's realy hard to make money.

Charles Metayer · 29 August 2012 - 12:20

Damn, is there a way to recover my money that I invested in this BS? Wow, unbelievable...

Ron Abernathy · 28 August 2012 - 23:01

Wake up people! The lie has been exposed. Cut your loses and start a real business. I quit zeek after 2 months. I've been in marketing for over 25 years and owned 3 small business's; Insurance agency, beauty salon, and water treatment. All were brick and mortar store fronts. After 18 years was able to sell business's for a profit and retire.

I got involved in zeek.Com very slowly with eyes wide open. Only took 2 months and $60.00 to realize something was wrong. Scam screamed at me. The truth is out! The jig is up! Cut your losses and quit looking for the fast buck! Start a real business.

ZEEK AFFILITATE WHO JOINED IN THE LAST 45-60 DAYS... Please sign this petition...

Many are having trouble with having monies for unclaimed/deposited bank checks returned to the purchaser because the checks are not able to be accounted for..according to UCC guidelines for certified funds, a bank is obligated to honor any check that is presented or be assessed a penalty..many of the bank checks sent to Rex Venture Group, LLC within the last 60 days have not and will not be deposited...we are asking the court appointed receiver Kenneth Bell to issue an official statement regarding the status of these checks that will give financial institutions the legal authority to refund these monies, and protect them from any potential backlash...please sign this!

Ed Luna · 24 August 2012 - 04:36

@Suzie L. Zimmerli - I was a regular attendee at numerous sales presentations for Zeek rewards and all during the process I was continually amazed by the fact that neither the presenter nor the attendee's appeared to care all that much about the compliance guidelines. In fact the presenter always told the attendees that he was not supposed to use the words "investment" or "compounding" because of legal concerns but in reality these people (Zee rewards) were so smart that they had all the math figured out and your initial "investment", if left in the company to compound for 1 year, would yield a profit of 100% per month after 12 months. He used the company provided reinvestment guideline of 100% reinvest for the first 12 months and thereafter 80/20 to project those earnings (80% reinvest, 20% cash-out). This highly questionable claim of ROI was always greeted with giddy laughter.

However, I made it a point to question the math of the "super smart" wizards at Zeek rewards by the use of simple arithmetic. If there were 1 million Zeek affiliates and the company shared 50% of the daily profits (after taxes and expenses) with the affiliates then the company would need to profit $2 million per day just to be able to pay each affiliate one dollar. Now I realize that the amount each affiliate would receive was dependant upon multiple factors but the simplified math I used would suffice for the average or typical affiliate. Projecting those figures into yearly figures, Zeek would need to profit (not revenue but actual profit) $730 million per year in order for the affiliates to earn $365 (that's dollars, not thousands but just dollars) per year. And that was with only the 1 million affiliates Zee Rewards had at the time. As the number of affiliates grew, the amount of profit Zee rewards would need in order to pay the affiliates at the promised rate would increase at a geometric rate.

So lets examine those numbers if only half the affiliates were in a position to take profits. In that case the average yearly profit for each affiliate would be $730 (or $2 per day). If only ¼ of the affiliates were eligible to draw profits that’s $4 per day. Do you see where these numbers are heading? Can you guess how low the percent of affiliates actually taking cash out must be in order for the average affiliate to earn less than $650 per month? If you answered 10% give yourself a gold star. In other words… with 1 million affiliates, 90% need to be earning nothing (in real dollars) so that the other 10% can earn not $10, 000 per month and not $5, 000 per month and not even $1, 000 per month but less than $650 per month. Now remember… these are averages. Actual earnings will depend on how much you started with and what reinvestment rate you selected.

These are the numbers that would have gotten the attention of the SEC but not a week ago but months ago, which is why the deal to close Zeek appears to have been struck overnight when in reality it was likely negotiated months ago with the SEC (civil action) deciding that it was better for the affiliates to let the CEO sneak away with only a $4 million fine and return the remaining cash in the company to the affiliates. Another indication that this deal was struck months ago is the fact that the bank checks sent to the company over the past 2 months (and maybe longer) appear to have not been cashed, which is very good news for the newcomers.

Anjum Ashfaq · 24 August 2012 - 01:17

zeek rewards will be opened again because now its the time for us to support keeping zeek rewards open. Sign in this petition and we can save zeek open again. When reaching for 25000 signatures please do it for your self. Inshallah zeek will be opened 2 or 3 days. Ameen

Zeekrewards won't came back, i knew people lost a lot money. My friend also lost 20k. I agree that Ed Luna statement above.

Fida Khan Raja · 23 August 2012 - 12:03

we want back our zeekrewards that is our website it should not be block...

Suzie L. Zimmerli · 23 August 2012 - 11:23

Mr. Luna... if you were told that it was an investment then you were misled by an affilliate who had not complied to Zeekrewards policy. What an individual says does not always reflect what the company policy is. You bought bids, you didn't invest. You received commissions on profit from the ad you placed.. thats it!

Naqeeb Shah · 22 August 2012 - 23:15

many people have million of dollar in payza/alert pay account if payza blocked then what will happen?

Ed Luna · 22 August 2012 - 19:42

@Albert Lo - I can’t address every point you have mentioned but yes... in every sales presentation I attended for ZeekRewards the program was presented as an investment that would compound daily at a rate of approximately 1 ½% (on average).

Dear Friends, i have some information may be its helpful for all of you.if any of you has made payments to zeek via payza (former alertpay), you can go to your payza acount and in resolution center you can file the dispute for that transacation but that transaction shouldnt be older than 45 days.

Lili Gibson · 22 August 2012 - 07:49

Shakir: I don't know how you get your information, but let 's get real. ZR will not come back. You need to try your best to get your money back.

Albert Lo · 22 August 2012 - 01:43

Ed Luna, did your upline told you to INVEST into Zeekrewards?! For anyone, who took and passed the compliance course, knew that the sample bids we purchased were NOT investment, and Zeekrewards is only an income opportunity. In paragraph 16 of SEC's Complaint, I don't understand how can SEC treats the "Retail Profit Pool" and the "Matrix" as 2 investment contracts?! How much did anyone invest in Matrix contract?? If the money we used to purchase sample bids are not investment, can we still call it Ponzi scheme??

Whether Zeek is profitable or not, is Not a legit reason to shut down Zeek. Zeek never promised that our daily return would be 1.5%, nor 100% ROI, it only promised to share "up to 50% of the daily net profits" to all affiliates. Therefore, SEC's Complaint: "33. ... the company is obligated to pay out approximately $45 million per day if all Qualified Affiliates elected to receive their daily award in cash. " is nonsense! Seems to me, SEC doesn't realize all outstanding points would be retired within 90 days!

Yes, the only reason we bought bids everyday is to earn a good return in the future, but that reason alone doesn't make our purchase an investment, nor a Ponzi! When most or all distributors buy products from any MLM companies, they all wish to earn money!

All bids purchase by anyone, whether customers or affiliates, are Zeek's revenues. Not only when new affiliates buy sample bids, when old affiliates repurchase with daily earnings, they are all buying bids, and thus are part of Zeek's daily revenue. Nevertheless, I'm not sure whether Zeek can pass the 70% Rules -- "that the distributor (affiliate) should not reorder (repurchase) unless product (bids) which has been previously purchased has been passed on to the ultimate users (customers)".

When Zeek is shut down by SEC, and thus no more daily earning, Zeek doesn't need to Share (Pay) us anything. Even though SEC's Complaint is full of garbage, Zeek's management, to some extent, did responsible for the shut down. Why? The management of Zeek are still not mature enough, in fact Zeek is poorly managed, otherwise there shouldn't be that many complaints filed!

Although SEC's accuses are nonsense, I don't think Zeek can be reopen again, because the damage to Zeek's reputation and revenue are already DONE! SEC should investigate much more detail, before it shut down Zeek. I hope we can sue SEC!

David Rudolph · 21 August 2012 - 23:37

the communist that are in our govt forces a lot of new businesses to go elsewhere because of fines, regulations, and they want to tax profits. this country practices business like the kinds that were used in the past Soviet Union and Red China. Those countries practice our ideas of the past. They were not perfect by no means but it did allow companies to try to dream and discover new ways to make money and generate wealth. That's why our major cities are full of trash in the streets, thugs, foreclosed homes, bad roads, joblessness, and despair. They don't want you to make money unless they the communist- socialist-progressives or whatever you want to call them have complete control over what you do or take away the power for you to increase your wealth without them being involved. They just want you to watch batman, the nfl, and whatever kinds of crap they are showing on dancing with the stars or abc, cbs, ect. While your at work the socialists- communist are working on taking your power and the growth of new companies. They wanted Zeeks money. They want your money. If they can't get a piece of it or control it, then they fine you. If Zeek is for real and figure a way to save your money and keep things rolling then power to them. Just remember this. Remember this when you go to the polls and vote for a congressional, senatorial, or presidential race, and realize that these politicians in NC had their votes counted by a business in Spain and not in America. More than likely that money that they used to fine Zeek trickled to that company. That's the real ponzie skeem.

Ed Luna · 21 August 2012 - 19:44

@Karen Niedrich Brown. It is unfortunate that you feel that way. I am actually trying to help you by forcing you to see that you couldn't have been scammed without your willingness to be scammed. Even if you think that you didn’t do that… in reality that is exactly what you did… as did most of the other members.

I don't know how long you've been in network marketing but I've been at this for about 30 years and until I learned that I wasn't losing money because the guy running the program was a fraud... I was losing money because I didn't care enough to make absolutely certain that I wasn't allowing myself to become part of a fraud.

If you ever plan on doing this type of thing again... first make certain that you know exactly what you are getting into and above all… drop the crazy dream of getting rich on the Internet because you bought into some program at the now all too familiar silver, gold or diamond levels. A job is a job… you get out what you put in while pursuing a reasonable and sustainable profit margin. That means there are customers (not all distributors) and a product and a means to present the product for sale to a market that needs what you are selling.

My being sympathetic or offering kind words of support would be less than meaningless. Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Believe it or not... I wish you well… and bTw… good fishing.

Lili Gibson · 21 August 2012 - 17:53

I don't care what people say, if I have a chance I can get my money back, I will do it in a heart beat. I am sure a lot of smart people will do the same. We have the reason to sad and feel depressed. At this very moment, I think all we need to worry about is how to get our money back. We all need an answer from both the government and from Paul Burks. Who cares about another new business? Most of the people who have the right mind here would not even think about a new business. Hopefully out of respect, don't try to sell a new scheme here.

Lili Gibson · 21 August 2012 - 14:05

Hi, Lesley:

I am not as lucky as you, I called my bank and all the 4 cashier's checks were cleared in July by ZR. my family put 38k total and never cashed a penny. I am disappointed! I was skeptical at first although when I attended the first meeting, I was convinced that perhaps this is different and gave it a try. I'm happy though that I didn't invest a lot. This is my second time with this so-called online investment, and never again would I try another one. I still have to get the cashier's check refunded I sent a month ago. Good luck to all of us fools!!!!

Breaking Zeek Rewards News: Rex Venture Inc Launching In Europe Warning. RUN - it's another scam - watch below video

Lesley Moravick · 21 August 2012 - 11:32

OK, went to the bank today. Cashiers checks haven't been cashed, over 45 days ago. (BofA) Zeek couldn't cash all monies right away due to raising red flag. If you sent in your monies within the last 90 day, most likely it wasn't cashed in. Banks cant refund the monies right away do to the SEC but they can as soon as they are given the OK. Could be one month or six. So, make sure you keep your carbon copy of check. If you lost it, like i did, they can get you a copy of it, as I did. Good luck

Ken Haynes · 21 August 2012 - 11:21

Anyone heard what the "emergency meeting" was about. I wanted to listen in, but I had to work. Probably plans for a new company. Just wondering if anyone heard. Thanks

Ripley Biz · 21 August 2012 - 10:56

The whole Zeek affair has tainted the entire penny auction industry, thus changes have to happen. The model of people being told they can earn money for doing nothing is over.

Bidify ownership, Kevin Thompson and other legal teams are creating an entire new plan based on retail sales and traditional network marketing. I understand it will pay extremely well and meet all requirements around the world. Remember, the penny auctions are highly profitable, it just has to be done the right way. I have complete faith we will continue to be the "Rising Star, " build a huge global business and be here for years to come. I will keep everyone informed and look forward to sharing the new comp plan in approximately 48 hours... God bless

Friend us on facebook for more info!!

Karen Niedrich Brown · 21 August 2012 - 09:20

@Ed Luna, why then do you think that your bitter words of I told you so's and you got what you deserved are really going to help anyone or make anything better? You can throw my own words back, but if you had actually listened to Troy you would have heard his words "Don't criticize the people in Zeek, give them compassion, if you put anyone down blame me because I said Zek can only go up" So REALLY, how exactly are you HELPING ANYONE BUT YOUR OWN FEELINGS OF SATISFACTION? I first came here for answers but will not be coming back again. I have found people in better places who instead of BASHING are giving words of encouragement & actual steps to take that may help me recover what I have lost. Including my self dignity. I hope one day you find what you are looking for, because it seems to me you are a sad sick man.

@Karen Niedrich Brown

It gives me no great pleasure to hear that a fellow human is going through pain but you must understand that some of us have been around this block many times and although it may be true that we have grown a bit callous to the cries of the wounded it is also true that often times when we expose a company as a fraud we are told by the very people we are attempting to warn and inform, to keep our mouths shut.

If memory serves... and I believe it does... you had this to say to me only a few short days ago… @Ed Luna if you don't know what you are talking about don't say anything. I am completely serious, listen to Troy Dooly.

As it turns out I did know what I was talking about because anyone taking a realistic look at Zeekrewards would have to arrive at the conclusion that is was a Ponzi. Anyone who didn’t see that was either in deep denial, or worse yet… deep indifference to where the money would come from to pay him or her unrealistic and unsustainable gains.

Now you ask for consideration from others in your time of need but did you concern yourself at all with consideration of where the money would come from to pay you a 100% ROI per month for life? That’s a bit like the boy who killed his parents and then asks for mercy from the court because he’s an orphan. You knew… or you should have known… that Zeekrewards was a scam. You tried to shut people up who were exposing the fraud… you lost. I’m sorry that you lost your money, but if you walk away from this experience believing you are a victim, then you have learned nothing.

Lesley Moravick · 20 August 2012 - 18:38

Too all of you who have nothing better to do and the downright gall to get on here and ridicule those of us who have lost not only dignity as well as hope and for some the only income source they knew, I am sure that if your mother didn't tell you Bambi did, be nice or shut up. You have no idea what we are going through or have been in our lives, you call us stupid, naive and to GET OVER IT?! Of course we want it to come back, who wouldn't? Now I realize it won't but really, don't $h!t on the people who are still holding on to that last little thread of a dream.

In this day & economic crisis go do something productive, do some community service, HELP someone who has less than you do! Are your own lives so miserable that the only joy you get is for kicking someone who is ALREADY DOWN? Come on PEOPLE!!! Find your hearts & seriously go give to someone else! Come on guys. It's our own fault. Nobody convince us to give our money to Zeek. We all knew that is not investing company when we re?d company's rules & policy. Did you???

We all knew that we might lose money, but we didn't think about it and just dreamed about $$$$$$. Stop blaming other! Next time think more carefully & read policy before you join any company.

Rene Baca · 20 August 2012 - 15:41

Sorry Lesley, I misunderstood your first message. Sounded like you were touting. Subsequent messages say otherwise. I live here in Vegas too. Chinese community was hit very hard by Zeek. My wife who is Asian estimates as 50% of Las Vegas's Asian population were taken in by Zeek. Sorry about the flamogram.

Lesley Moravick · 20 August 2012 - 15:40

Rene, ouch, I too invested and lost my shirt with my friends, I didn't receive any funds. who are you to judge others. What are you one of the zeek peep who are trying to get others involved into another company that is not backed up. Look, there are a lot of people out there who are hurting, I think everyone before jumping into another company should do their due diligence.

Isaac Richter · 20 August 2012 - 15:39

I love reading these reviews that say "bring zeek back" and "I'm sure it will reopen soon" I think its time for a reality check. Let's look at the current facts: number one they are closed, it was a ponzi scheme, and seriously if there was 200k people with money in zeek giving away free bids where is the money coming from paying commission checks? Let's be real. Sign all the petitions and have all your hopes up, but sorry your going to get them crushed; kinda like zeek is right now. Lifes a B***h get over it.

Good Lord Leslie! Haven't these people endured enough. Completely heartless. I had to watch one of my wife's girlfriends breakdown in uncontrollable tears. No less than 20 or more of her friends were bilked out of hundreds of thousands! She pulled them in and now is almost suicidal.

Do you get that! I'll bet you already got a nice little dividend from Zeek. I will see to it that you nor anyone else will be able to keep your ill-gotten gains. The SEC will clawback every bit of that money and return it to the trustee.

Good luck to you. I am working with them to help my wife's friends file suit against the Zeek and its management and anyone else who abetted this fraud. You best watch out. I will subpoena you and your network too to prove you are not part of this criminal ring.

Lesley Moravick · 20 August 2012 - 15:20

Zeek-peeps already being prospected to join ViSalus, should watch this first... the weight management industry is about to undergo a radical change!

As is typically the case with Ponzi schemes, early investors should be aware that the conservator of the seized banking assets could be subject to "clawback" efforts to recoup and return assets to the marshal responsible for recovering and distributing funds to harmed investors. Trustee may recoup profits earned by an innocent investor in a Ponzi Scheme. The Statutes governing this case are very much like strict liability where the innocent investor, does not need any wrong intention to be liable. There is liability imposed on the innocent investor because the Ponzi Scheme perpetrator and not the defrauded investor ran a Ponzi Scheme. Nevertheless, the early investor was paid from the scheme and can be liable for the return of profits and principal.

Based on complaints filed by consumers, last month we issued a civil investigative demand to Zeekler, a penny auction website based in Lexington, NC, seeking records so we could examine its business practices. We have started receiving those documents and are continuing to investigate the company.

Zeekler apparently shut down its website and closed its doors overnight, leaving many consumers with questions.

Today, Rex Venture Group, the parent company of Zeekler and Zeek Rewards, entered into a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC alleged that Rex Venture Group was engaged in the unregistered sale of securities. Our office had expressed concerns about Zeekler publicly as well as to federal law enforcement. A receiver has been appointed to take over the business.

Consumers who are part of Zeekler should contact the receiver appointed by the court to handle the company’s assets. We will share the receiver’s contact information as soon as it is available.

Consumers who wish to contact the Attorney General’s Office about Zeekler/Zeek Rewards can send an email to zeek@ncdoj.gov.

If someone offers you the opportunity to buy into a business, remember: Be skeptical of high earnings claims. Be especially cautious if the focus is on recruiting new members and selling products or services to them as they join. Check out the company with our office and the Better Business Bureau. You can contact our Consumer Protection Division at 1-877-5-NO-SCAM or ncdoj.gov. And if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Washington, D.C., Aug. 17, 2012 – The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced fraud charges and an emergency asset freeze to halt a $600 million Ponzi scheme on the verge of collapse. The emergency action assures that victims can recoup more of their money and potentially avoid devastating losses.

The SEC alleges that online marketer Paul Burks of Lexington, N.C. and his company Rex Venture Group have raised money from more than one million Internet customers nationwide and overseas through the website ZeekRewards.com, which they began in January 2011.

Additional Materials, SEC Complaint

According to the SEC’s complaint filed in federal court in Charlotte, N.C., customers were offered several ways to earn money through the ZeekRewards program, two of which involved purchasing securities in the form of investment contracts. These securities offerings were not registered with the SEC as required under the federal securities laws.

Rene Baca · 20 August 2012 - 08:09

According to the SEC’s complaint, ZeekRewards has paid out nearly $375 million to investors to date and holds approximately $225 million in investor funds in 15 foreign and domestic financial institutions. Those funds will be frozen under the emergency asset freeze granted by the court at the SEC’s request. Meanwhile, Burks has personally siphoned several million dollars of investors’ funds while operating Rex Venture and ZeekRewards, and he distributed at least $1 million to family members. Burks has agreed to relinquish his interest in the company and its assets plus pay a $4 million penalty. Additionally, the court has appointed a receiver to collect, marshal, manage and distribute remaining assets for return to harmed investors.

The SEC’s investigation was conducted by Brian M. Privor and Alfred C. Tierney in the SEC’s Enforcement Division in Washington D.C. The SEC acknowledges the assistance of the Quebec Autorite des Marches Financiers and the Ontario Securities Commission.

Nimrah Afzal · 20 August 2012 - 03:19

Well i have a strong faith on may Allah and i'm 100% sure that zeek will be back soon so just relax and have patients... Everything will be good in shaa Allah

Chris Zornes · 19 August 2012 - 22:37

So many disillusioned. Zeek Rewards is a Ponzi scheme and always was. Just wait until the attorneys come to you and make you repay all the 'profits' you received. Hope you have it all in savings. The 'owner' relinquished his ownership in the company along with the $4 million fine. What in that says it will ever be opened again???

Lovely Mirza · 19 August 2012 - 22:32

we petition the obama administration to:

Support Keeping Zeek Rewards Open: Stop The SEC And Attorney General From Stealing Our Business. Zeekrewards.com & Zeekler has changed thousands of lives financially. The SEC & AG Office in North Carolina allegedly claims that Zeekler/Zeek Rewards is a ponzi scheme. In no way that this company defrauded anyone. We believe that Zeekler/Zeek Rewards has given us the leadership and the freedom to support our families. Thousands and maybe millions of people are suffering by this and we are taken a stand of what's right. Paul Burks, the CEO of Rex Venture Group wanted was a system that the average person can do. For it to be taken away from us is devastating. So we are behind Paul Burks, Rex Venture Group, Zeekler/Zeek Rewards and it's affiliates 100%!! We don't want to be silent to these allegations that the SEC & AG office is making. So with that, we are taking a STAND!

Absolutely unbelievable! Can any of you Internet business experts explain how 100% ROI per month can be paid to 1 million members when there are only an estimated 200, 000 users who actual participated in the auctions?

And another question... how can Zeekrewards reopen when all the employee's were fired? The last report I read said that only 3 people have remained.

I suppose it isn't absolutely impossible that the auction portion of Zeek could somehow survive a modest time of being down but the MLM portion is history and so is the money many of you invested.

The only question that remains is if the SEC can claw-back the profits of those who took more money out of ZeekRewards than the originally put in.

Lets hope some of you get at least a portion of your money back.

Eddie Lold · 19 August 2012 - 13:16

Why did SEC give people chances to put all there money in before they shut it down. They should have shut it down when it just get started. They should look for a speedy way to return the money to people who pure all their money in and never withdraw any money from Zeekrewards

Iyare Queen · 19 August 2012 - 11:31

i pray for zeek to be back very soon, with God all things are possible, zeek most be back to finish his jobs he has for us oooo

zeek is a good job for home base employs. It is very shocked to close the job, who want to stop earning of people. It is out of humanity to block financial support of people. I hope it will be reopen soon.

"Zeek Rewards News Released: Is Zeek Rewards Closed? It's important for people to understand the the North Carolina Attorney General has confirmed its demands for the Civil Investigation Demand requesting that Zeek Rewards provide specific documents to the state. They also stated that they have not shut down Zeek Rewards at the moment.

What that means is Zeek Rewards has voluntarily closed their doors for the time being. More information and news should be available soon. In the meantime one can stay up-to-date by visiting the site below. To stay up-to-date about Zeek Rewards and Rex Venture Group join the notification list here."

And I just took that test too (do's and Don'ts), the morning the doors closed. ugh

Ed Luna · 19 August 2012 - 08:49

@Karen Niedrich Brown - Hello Karen Niedrich Brown. I fully appreciate the fact that you hope for the best in bad times but there is such a thing as denial and I'm afraid you’re in it up to your neck.

Having been involved with network marketing and all manner of MLM's for over 30 years and having seen companies like Zeek Rewards collapse overnight due to illegal activity, I can assure you that I am not against MLM's nor do I necessarily condemn pyramids, but a Ponzi can be smelled a mile away and this one smelled like last weeks fish.

Anyone ignorant enough to believe that it was possible to receive a 100% ROI per month after the first 12 months is not an innocent victim in my book but a co-conspirator who is just as liable for the losses of his downline as those above him are.

Cheerleading in MLM's is nothing new and most cheerleaders are just trying to drown out dissent or are too naive to appreciate how foolish they sound but the time for cheerleading has ended.

Every reputable financial news outlet is reporting the truth about Zeekrewards. The SEC does not shut down businesses because they are helping the poor... this company stole your money or they stole the money they gave to you from your neighbor. What makes you thing that's ok? The fact that you didn't know the people who had their money stolen from them and given to you does not make everything right nor does it make ZeekRewards a legal company.

I sympathize with all those who lost money but in reality there are more people at fault here than just the company executives... it's also all those "investors" that ignored where the money was coming from as long as they got theirs or thought they would soon get theirs.

Saleme Heriveaux · 19 August 2012 - 08:49

Please, I want zeekrewards continue to work because it helps many people like me in Haiti (Thinks about that) God bless

Margaret Laza · 19 August 2012 - 08:42

Bring Zeek back I'm on Fire for Zeek Rewards It's the best company I've ever got in. The main thing I learned and loved about Zeek rewards was the compliant do's and don't training test it was a perfect model to go by when working your home based business it even had a chapter on pyramids. We all are behind you zeek rewards affiliates you have the right to fight for what you believe in.

Manish Kumar Gupta · 19 August 2012 - 05:25

Do not shut down zeekrewards. There are so many scam going on which no one care about it. Just because zeek is fastest growing company over the internet so even the government is jealous of zeek. I request US Government to see all the positive comments that people are posting and then take any decision. There are so many people whose living is completely dependent on zeek.

Yory Goro · 19 August 2012 - 04:07

Friends, only together we are a big force. We must not lose heart, now we need to calm down. Free the mind from negative thoughts. Sometimes in life, and black bars, but the white is much more. And everything depends on us. Because we build our lives. I also lost a lot, now there is nothing. But every day I wake up with a smile and say, "God, thank you for all that you gave me" is good all day. And remember, life is good.

Niruban Chakravarthi · 19 August 2012 - 00:00

Come on people really!!??? Are you really that ignorant and stupid! For all you saying "Let’s have faith Zeek will be back" You are an idiot!! it CANT come back!! Its impossible!! it’s a business that would have NEVER EVER survived!! It was a ponzy scheme!! Numbers do not lie !!!! do the math it would have been INPOSIBLE for ZEEK to survive! Yea it was good while it lasted especially the ones who got in it early enough to get what they invested back… BUT THE BUBBLE HAS BURSTED… GET OUT OF DENILE AND MOVE ON! Live is not over. You live and you learn!

Namu N Aroha Marunui · 18 August 2012 - 22:09

it is a part of my life. i live on it. i no know what will i do in future

Stephanie May · 18 August 2012 - 18:27

zeek is completely gone, it is ponzi scheme, newer investors pay earlier investors, I do rely on SEC to recoup the money, but I also think people made a lot of money from newer investors should return some of the money back, because that money is not clean money for them to make.

Anal Bananza · 18 August 2012 - 18:20

this is bs you cant get a refund unless you put in more then 1, 000 dollars into the company i think 300 dollars is plenty for a refund.

Shehzad Roy · 18 August 2012 - 17:33
