Had trouble this weekend from home and another wifi location accessing the validator and w3.org. NotOpening.com shows it Up but if you click on Check from Worldwide, one US server is down and some are down internationally.

w3.org seems to be down altogether at the moment.. couldn't get to some of their drafts and DTDs earlier

The default page is available on www.w3.org, but I cannot retrieve any DTDs from them at the moment.
