It's doing the same thing to me. lms and ecampus are also showing this message and forcing a download of the .exe file for an outdated version of flash. (The version it wants me to use is in fact outdated.)

Site is saying that my flash player is out of date. It will not allow me to even see a page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled adobe but still nothing.
