I have tried to check in online today for flight next Sunday. They have allocated seats coming back but say there is a system error preventing them allocating seats on the flight leaving Birmingham to Barbados. Called them and they said got to a shop. Went to Thomson shop and they said it is because we have a child of 12 in our party so we cannot check in online. How come they have allocated seats coming back then not together. States we have to check in at the airport. I am not happy about this and panic that something will prevent us boarding next week. I have provided all API information. Has anyone else encountered this.

thomson told us that there site is down at the moment but obviously this page tells otherwise. my fiancee waited in town all day for them and no phone call. I am really unhappy about this

Been trying to book Thomson flight extras i.e.reserve seats, and api, for over a week
Site keeps informing me that It does not recognise my surname and date of departure. Contacted Thomson by phone and called at the local Thomson shop, had several interesting possible reasons, but no actual help in sorting the problem out

For every search i put in its coming back saying the flights are full or dont travel from my airpot. I have tried every destination on the list and the same result every time. Same with the first choice. cant believe they have no holidays going from newcastle this summer!!!
