The basic server operates, but when real movement happens in the markets, it's like a circuit breaker trips, individual accounts go off line and you can't log on. I don't have phone access and That's a conversation and a half.TDDISCOUNTBROKERAGE needs to fix it's system. Charge the HFTers if thats what slows and bumps you off line

TD is down- not working on any of 3 browsers, nor 4 diff. computers in home. Shaw says no IP block detected and we are technically functional- - problem lies with TD and is regional. TD denies any issues. Go figure. Will call TD back again.

I can reach the TD Canada Trust website through my phone (Telus 3G/LTE) but not my computer (Shaw is my ISP). If you need computer access to online banking during this outage, you can try tethering your computer to your phone.

If Shaw is your ISP, then you cannot access TD Canada Trust (and other secure websites). Shaw tech support is aware of this, but no estimate for when it will be resolved
