Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

I have been trying to pay for items, will not allow me on laptop but managed on my iphone only for them all to decline. I cannot go back in and check card as will not let me edit, never had problems before and have bought years over the years, so frustrating and upsetting as I need to order to get for Christmas :-(

Can't order anything or sign out and it won't let me delete bank card details... Been trying to order for days, then I get a message saying that one of the Cd's is no longer that price and its more expensive today, dosen't matter as I still cant buy it... Absolute rubbish and will be going elsewhere...

For the past 3 or 4 days play.com has been problematic. The search bar is not working. After writing the product name on the search bar, pressing the "go" botton, nothing happens.When you go into the product section, its impossible to get from low to high. shopping has been a nightmare. Also when buying a product, that particular product does not go into the basket, and into checkout. I hope Play.com management sort things out quickly, otherwise shoppers are gonna switch to other retailers such as Amazon.co.uk. Especially in this Christmas period.
