MyHermes website is up but said Paypal payment had failed, however, my account was debited and then refunded. Live Chat is ridiculously busy (89th in queue) so obvously a problem but no communication about this from Hermes on website, which is pretty typical. Managed to pay using debit card.

I've just used parcel2go.com and selected myhermes from there. no problems on that site and super easy to use. Hope that helps someone

I just contacted Hermes via webchat again. They just say now I should try again tomorrow. My guess is that they haven't even started tackle the website problem as it is Sunday and I assume nothing will work before Monday. If you have urgent parcels which need to be delivered before Easter I suggest it is better to use Royal Mail as Hermes isn't bothered at all...

I already contacted them via webchat this morning as I am not able to print my parcel labels. Although they know about the problem they don't seem to be bothered to sort it out today as the website doesn't work since early this morning. Considering that there is a short week ahead due to the Easter weekend you would expect they are interested to sort it asap.

Myhermes booked a collection on mon it's now Thursday nothing got in touch what did they say Dear Garry ,

Unfortunately, we are unable to prescribe more specific collection or delivery times. This is because our couriers are self-employed and, therefore, devise their own routes and their own timings.

All I can advise is that our couriers begin work at 8am and can work up until 8pm.

I am trying to find 2 parcels that have gone from their tracking system. Have tried to talk on their web chat but it goes grey when I type in first tracking no and start to put problem. Tried putting in second tracking no first but it does same thing.
