We have tried pinging Met Office UK website using our server and the website returned the above results. If metoffice.gov.uk is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

Met Office page (https://www.google.co.uk/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=www.metoffice.gov.uk&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&gfe_rd=cr&ei=3wkpVpjlHa-x8wf6gLXQCw) says "sorry we are experiencing a problem getting map information" re Buxton. Also "Server error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request" after the full address is entered.
