Having Problems with Accessing

I live in France and receive the Mayo Clinic newsletter, but when I click on any link, I cannot reach the page. THis has been the case for weeks on end. Can I not reach Newsletter articles and/or recipe links from France???

Edit: I want to add that I have 3 different computers+tablets and none of them get the website's links. Thanks for any help in addressing my problem. I like Mayo Clinic's site and can no longer access it (a matter of months)...
