Can't Access Lumosity - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

Having great trouble today for the first time. Games are not loading smoothly - hanging and then jumping so, in Train of Thought, the trains are overprinting one another and it is impossible to direct them correctly.

A notice to start training interrupts the start of the games.

Down for me. LPI keeps revolving and unable to proceed to
# of hours of sleep, etc. and therefore not on to games/tasks.

Unable to load Lumosity! Why?

Over the past several weeks, more and more often games either do not loadup, or I start playing a game and it a complete stop. File trouble ticket, only to receive a generic email that says (basically) I should update my flash player. Since it's already current, that does nothing at all for me.

My guess is Lumosity has oversold their server capacity and not bothered to upgrade such.

I am having the same problem, It's really frustrating that you have to pay to use this site and half the time it does not work... Totally amazed that they have not mobile apps for any of the three operating systems in this day and age. There has got to be a better way to operate this site, If facebook apps can run all the time as full of viruses as they are there is no reason that this site can not work right every time. lumosity is making more money then these facebook games.

I have had my daily training not loading for a couple of weeks now - and when I put in support requests I get a standard response telling me to go and play the daily training that is NOT working. Cant find a single phone number I can call to resolve this and I am completely willing to call the USA from Australia - if only a phone number was provided!

Games aren't loading. 2nd day in a row. I've tried reloading page, cleaning cache and cookies. This is a site problem, in my humble opinion.
