Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

I had the same issue: iPhone app okay, but iPad wouldn't load. Went to Safari settings, cleared the history and website data, and was able to update the app immediately.

I've never used this site before - landed on it while searching for help w/ lose it app problems. So I see there are others who have the same issue right now. What's the point of this forum? Is there anywhere on LoseIt's site to send them a message? I have looked but so far am unsuccessful finding a help desk.

My account seems to be stuck on Feb. 4, 2013 and it won't let me select today's date. It seemed okay yesterday but I noticed this morning that everything I entered yesterday went on Feb. 3rd. What can I do? Is the site down?
