We have tried pinging Kaspersky website using our server and the website returned the above results. If kaspersky.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

At the bottom of the View and manage Office Add-ins, make sure the Manage box shows COM Add-ins, and then choose Go.

As a precaution, when the COM Add-ins listing of your current add-ins opens, do one of the following:*

Manually record the title of every selected add-in listed under Available Add-ins.*

or

Take a screenshot of the property sheet and save the image to a location of your choice.

After you've captured the titles of the selected add-ins, clear all selected check boxes, and then choose OK.&

CAUTION: Click a check box to clear it. Don't select an add-in and choose Remove. If you have administrator rights, you could actually delete the add-in. I can't view kaspersky on laptop nothing is working, it seems to be out of Action it's only a trial, just been on it for a couple of days its hopeless and it's the 2014 trial windows 8 is bad enough now this HELP!

same here... when i try to update my kaspersky internet security 2012 version... sometimes it end up updating slower than before and at other times... it end up doesn't found update sources...
