The site is extremely slow and frequently comes up with a 'We're having a few technical difficulties' screen - RUBBISH! This occurs in the evenings - daytime is fine, so it's down to bandwidth and your server infrastructure not being able to cope with the extra demand. We are paying customers and I personally expect a better service than this - sort it out!

Have not been able to access all the facilities on the site for days, tried different browsers and different OS but still unusable as a site - starting to regret ever buying a 12 month subscription! Emailed site but no response!!!

Can't log in today, keep getting "This page can’t be displayed

•Make sure the web address is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes"

Have gone to their frequently asked questions and cleared my cache as suggested - but still it doesn't work. This happened a couple of days ago. I had better things to do than wait and refresh every couple of minutes and hadn't tried since then.

Tried to renew my membership then finally gave up after getting bogged down in password maze; finally gave up and thought the matter was closed until I received my MC bill and see that the charge went through, even though I thought I had not closed the deal. Off with their head!

Yes, can't get on the FMP site. It's been rubbish ever since they made the recent changes, documents not displaying and so on. Added to that, it is NOT as easy to use as it used to be, I'll be phoning them.

Anyone trying to use FMP at the moment (April 2014) and not succeeding - this will quite possibly be down to the problems on this site since they instigated the change over to their new search "platform". It does not work properly and there are a multitude of complaints - see Facebook / Review Centre / WhoDoYouThinkYouAre / and FindMyPast>Help and Advice>Feedback Forum (if you can get onto the site.

I purchased a full worldwide subscription with Find my Past on Fri 28/3/2014 I had a partial membership last year. I logged in but had several problems and had to change mt password several times. Each time I tried to view a Record the website will ONLY take me to the subscription page for payment!!! I emailed Find my Past via the email receipt they sent me. They told me that they could see the new subscription I paid but "I had not yet been moved to the new website so please log in to the old one " via a link provided. I clicked the link and then tried to view a record - yep I was directed to the subscription page again

I am heartily sick of this nonsense and have demanded a refund
PS I also have a full sub with Ancestry and have never had any problem.
This ongoing problem is annoying me tremendously
