Can't Access Credit One Bank - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

I have learned to dislike this company. When I called to pay over the phone because their website was down they said that it was on my end and they had no issues with their website. At first they did not want to take my payment even though it was due in five days saying that I need to go to a computer desktop and pay through there but I told them that all I have is my iPhone which I have used to pay with for the last three years. They were rude and practically called me a liar saying that I would have never been able to pay using my iPhone even after I had just got done telling them that I had used that method of payment for the last three years. I managed to get them to take my payment without charging me extra only after I had to get loud with them. As soon as I pay off my credit card I'm getting rid of them this is ridiculous.

The payment buttons for my account have stopped connecting in Safari. They work in Firefox, but I do use my phone to make payments. When I called their number for technical support the man was extremely rude and said it could not possibly be a problem on their end. All I can say is it is NOT working in Safari on iPhone. Also, their mobile optimized version of the site continually fails to recognize my account, so it too is completely useless. Creditone support is useless, rude, and unresponsive to my requests for assistance. Not sure what it takes to get tech support from them.

Payment buttons for my account have stopped connecting in Safari. They wirk in Firefox, but I do use my phone to make payments. When I called their number for technical support the nan was extremely rude and said it coukd not pissible be a problem on their end. We are web developers and know how to use these simple systems. All I can say is it is NOT working in Safari on iPhone.
